Sandwich Shop PrimoHoagies reviews
15Food was great! The prices were astronomical! I spent in excess of 30$ for two med sandwiches and two bags of small chips. Unbelievable pricing. There is a sign at the store that states that there has been a price increase but my stars! For now, I will stay at the corner deli.
ORDER WITH CAUTION
This place, like Starbucks, has their own words for sizes. Who would have guessed that a "whole sandwich" would be over $30?
I even said "not a party sub, just a large sub for one or two people" and the kid said "yeah whole. " I trusted the employee to know the words they were using. My mistake.
$30 later and my daughter and I are trying to figure out how to split a 4 foot hoagie that's NOT EVEN MADE RIGHT
Update January 2023: they didn't give me my whole order and didn't understand how to perform the refund the computer was telling them to do, so they just. Gave up and kept my money. The email address for customer service is sending "inbox full" messages and the phone number only goes to a woman who will hang up when you say you need service. Where's my money?
Asked for a roll with no seeds, got a hard roll with plenty seeds. $15 for a small hoagie. Not worth it at all, especially when they get your order wrong.
In the past my hoagie was very filling now not! Not hefty like before shirked on the meat for the price it shouldn't have been chintzy
These people take centuries to make/wrap the food here. I mostly door dash here and every order I get is such a long wait. I worked food business my whole life and never seen a slower establishment. Go to Ardmore location if you want a primo
Went there on Sunday before the football game at 1: 00, very disappointed bread was hard felt like it was 2 days old I ordered oil vinegar and pepper relish on my hoagie and got neither of the three needless to say very disappointed
I was disappointed because they do not make the tuna salad with the mayo anymore. Therefore, I had to get pepper turkey. It was fresh but pricey for a hoagie.
I noticed the quality of the meats for their Italian hoagies was better than some other places.
Very good.
Excellent hoagies. They taste just as good as I remember from when I would get them in South Philly. Great service and very nice staff too.
It was what it was and it was good! Their bread seems to be their selling point.
I got a cheesesteak with banana peppers. Sandwich sans banana peppers would have sufficed.
I swear by Promos, I used to buy 80 a week for the GE plant But I have been buying sandwiches from Cut Above in Newtown Square.
Yesterday's Sandwitch was not good at all the roll tasted like a day old and the meat for the Italian hoagie was not what it used to be. The reason I went to Promos was because the phone line was busy at Cut Above, no not promos in havertown
Primos makes excellent sandwiches. Everything is fresh. I'm in the rewards program and I just had a buy one get one. They have many locations and every time it's excellent. I got the regular seeded Italian roll which is a little crunchy outside and soft inside. Then I looked at the menu and see they also have a low carb wrap. I'm going to try that next time.
This one of the best hoagie I've ever had in Philly since I've live here over three years now I only have one problem with some of the staff at a few of the store but the hoagie is always on point keep up the good job guy's just try and get the other bad attitude workers on point to ok
Friendly staff, food was ready in a reasonable amount of time, everything was correct. Another good primo location!
I ordered it has the tray, everything was amazing. The employees are so sweet, excellent all-around
