I have not had the easiest life. I have dealt with major depression for most of my life. This doctor made me feel ashamed for it. She told me to have suicidal thoughts was the same as having homicidal thoughts. I told her I thought I had a certain condition and I was made to feel like I was lying. I honestly am trying to find out what is wrong with me. But I felt like they were looking down and laughing at me. I wish this whole process was not so soulless. I felt like I was being judged.

Dr. Bair is great and I would continue to see him. However, the nurses at the front desk are so cold and rude. The fat one outright lies about everything. She claimed she called about Medicare and left a message but I showed her there was no message. All this is petty compared to the fact that they don't do their basic job responsibilities. A prescription that was supposed to be sent WEEKS ago was never sent. We had to follow up and as a result, I am out of my medication because they are lax. This is egregious for a doctor's office. Priscilla and Keith need to get their house in order.

I’ve been going to this doctors office for years, and I love them! The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and helpful! The doctors are amazing! I highly recommend.

Best doctor I’ve ever brought my children to. I highly recommend this office and doctor.
