The under mount kitchen sink detached and the sink fell into the cabinet. We tried a handy man but they were unable to assist. A Google search led us to Pristine Kitchens and Baths.

The initial phone conversation with Dan went well as he was able to schedule us quickly.

The day of service Dan arrived within the specified timeframe and was very thorough in explaining what he would do. He took the time to explain that one of his cleaning tools had a strong odor and wanted to make sure that I would be ok in its presence. When the job was complete he showed me the changes made, explained when I could reuse the sink and cleaned up after himself.

We took a chance with a company that we did not know and are glad that we did. Dan was wonderfully professional. His taking the time to walk me through an expectation of the work was greatly appreciated. Plus he made our sink shine which was an unexpected bonus! Although our job was small, we were still given excellent service.

I would not hesitate to call on this company for future needs.

Dan at Pristine Kitchens & Bath is knowledgeable, meticulous, personable and a true craftsman! He is a master at tile. He did a complete guest bathroom redo for us. The tile work on the floor and in the shower is spectacular. The custom cabinetry is A+ as well. Dan is responsive and professional and cares about his clients. He immediately answered all questions asked through text or email. Just know and Dan is completely upfront about this, that his costs do not include the electrician, plumber and shower doors. This is not a negative, it is just an FYI. Dan's work is the best you can possibly get and my husband and I would highly recommend him! You will be thrilled with the outcome! Thank you Dan!:)

We were in a jam. We bought a new electric range to replace our old broken one and who who would have known until the installers pulled out our old one that the granite countertops needed to be cut about half an inch on both sides. Obviously we needed it done as we could not live with our stove sitting in the middle of the kitchen. One call to Dan and he agreed to come do it for us. He was able to fit us in in just a few days so we didn't have to wait to use our new stove. He came when promised and although was an extremely messy job, did everything he could to keep the area clean. I would not hesitate to give Dan a call in the future for any needs that arise.

When we decided to get our kitchen and family room redone we were not sure what exactly we wanted. Dan guided us without telling us what to do. He offered suggestions but always let us know that the ultimate decision was ours. He did not push the most expensive items. He has a good eye for what looks good and what will work so his suggestions were very helpful. He is very meticulous in his work and expects the same from all of his employees. Now that our project is complete we could not be happier. Our kitchen and family room are beyond what we expected.

Dan to the rescue! Fortunately we first met Dan in a local tile store. He spent a lot of time explaining the installation of a Schluter system to the contractor we were working with who had never installed one. We wound up hiring Dan on the spot there in the store to work with our contractor and teach him the installation process. As it turned out Dan pretty much installed the Schluter system himself but he did patiently work with our contractor, teaching him while explaining the techniques necessary for a proper installation as per our agreement.

At one point it became painfully obvious that our contractor was way out of his league installing large tile. So we hired Dan to teach our contractor to install the tile by example. As it turned out Dan wound up installing almost all of the tile as it was much more expeditious and his skills were obviously so much more advanced. He is truly a master craftsman and takes great pride in his work. We highly recommend him! Save time, just start with the best. Our bathroom is beautiful. Thanks, Dan!

We had our kitchen remodeled by Pristine Kitchen and Bath. Dan goes out of his way to keep the work area as clean as possible and also does whatever he can to protect the rest of your home. He worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. His crew and subcontractors need very good work and were also conscientious and respectful of our home. We highly recommend this company.

If you have no time to read my review; spoiler alert. 5 stars for Pristine Kitchen & Bath. For the past 40 years I have had numerous contractors for projects. Some were good and somewhere very disappointing. Then there was this rare occurrence that we came across a contractor whos’ skill and love for the project was second to none. That was our experience with Dan of Pristine Kitchen & Bath. Our project was a total master bathroom renovation. Dan’s attention to detail was about excellence. From the beginning Dan kept us informed at every step and he returned calls when there were questions.

My review does not give justice to the craftsmanship that Dan brings to the job. There are Chevys and then there are the Roll-Royces. Dan was the Roll-Royce of bathroom renovation and tile installation. I mean everything had to be perfectly in plumb before he would even start to tile. Without a level and plumb foundation, you can’t expect an excellent tile installation. His tile work was exquisite. The tile work was not the only outstanding part of the project. From cabinet install, heated floor, pony wall, painting and base boards, all were done with perfection. Ironically, during this time I followed a bathroom renovation Facebook group and it is amazing that there are so many contactors that don’t know what they are doing. This is not the case for Dan. Dan is knowledgeable in all aspects of the job which assure you the job is done right.

We were extremely happy with the total job and recommend Pristine highly. An added complement for Dan’s work was when the glass for the shower was installed, the installers kept praising the tile work. In fact, they said they never had such a perfectly square shower, “not even a 1/16 off”. This is high praise coming from a fellow contractor. My wife and I have nothing but praise for Dan. Once the kitchen remodel was done, it exceeded our expectations. Dan is a perfectionist and it showed in his workmanship in both cabinetry and tiling. He was open to our unusual layout requests and fabricated some awesome custom cabinets and shelving to accommodate them. Dan is an all-around great guy, more like a good friend than just a contractor putting in a kitchen. We will use him again for future projects.

Can’t say enough good things about Dan. He called me the night before our appointment, arrived on time the next morning. He worked
diligently and efficiently. Always left the kitchen in pristine condition. He replaced our kitchen backsplash and countertop. Superior job.

Dan installed our new backsplash and did an incredible job. When we first met Dan a few months ago, he described himself as a perfectionist which resonated with us, especially my husband. He truly is, the work is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is second to none. I wish all professional contractors were like Dan! Because we took a few months to finally agree on a tile, our quote increased due to supply and demand (understandably so). So my advice is to not hesitate, make a plan and call Dan! No doubt, we will work with himand his team again and will recommend him to anyone looking to have work done!

How do we describe the job Dan did remodeling both of our full 20year old builder grade vinyl fiberglass bathrooms. Amazing, astonishing, astounding awesome, breathtaking, extraordinary, fabulous, fantastic, incredible, marvelous , phenomenal, remarkable, spectacular, unbelievable. Truly words can’t describe bathroom remodeling. Look up absolute professional in the dictionary and what you find is Dan and Pristine Kitchen and Bathrooms. Would I recommend Dan and Pristine Kitchen and Bathrooms, from planning, demolition, remodeling to finish. Yes. 100 percent yes, choose Dan do to your remodeling projects and you won’t be disappointed.

Dan came promptly every day until the job was complete. He fixed our floor, then put tile on it and converted our old bathtub into a nice shower with tile on the walls and floor. He did a great job, everything looks great.

Dan did an awesome job repairing the granite countertops in my kitchen. We had lots of chips and nicks on the edges and some additional damage. Dan took the time to explain repair options and let me decide on the best option for me. He was extremely professional and did an outstanding job and a very reasonable price. My counters haven't looked this good since they were new!

I would happily recommend Dan for tile work. He is very prompt, a perfectionist, helpful, and available to answer all questions and concerns. Absolutely no complaints, a professional!
