All of the staff are friendly and eager to help! Although my purchase was rather small the staff still treated me like I purchased something huge. Definitely have a forever customer!
Repair work done right and done quickly. Parts were available. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good price for the work that was done.
I went there and talked to a salesman, even took a tractor for a brief spin around the parking lot. Expressed a very serious interest in purchasing to them many times. Salesman never called me back. After following up on my end many times without resolution I purchased from somewhere else in Bedford. Guess they were not interested in my sale?

We walked and nobody asked if we needed help. They glanced at us and went back to whatever was more important on their computers.
Further details: There was NOBODY in the store. When we walked in, they looked up and nothing was said to us. My husband had to approach somebody up to their desk and even then it was hassle for him to do his job.

Staff is usually pretty good. Little pricey for somethings but not horrible. Labor is a bit much.
When in the market for a riding mower we found a used Simplicity at Pristow's that even included a snow blower attachment. We were pleased with the mower but winter came and we had some issues trying to attach the snow blower. They offered to help us and make sure it was installed correctly. Great customer service! Thank you for getting us set up for all seasons!
Don't want my recent selection to have any negative reviews towards the bussiness. I have done bussiness at pristows for 30 plus years and the people working there have always been great. Best place in town for parts and service.
The staff and owners of Pristows/Bobcat go out of their way to make me feel welcomed and important! That is something you cannot put a price on!

If your having trouble finding parts for older equipment because they no longer make your model, then Pristow's is absolutely the place you need! If they do not stock your part Pristow's will go above and beyond to get it for you. I was recently given a Dynamark/Noma garden tractor with a 39 inch deck and wanted OEM blades for it and COULDN'T FIND THEM ANYWHERE! Went to Pristow's and what do ya know they had both blades in stock. The too fellas at the parts counter was awesome and super knowledgeable. They knew alot about my tractor just by looking at a picture of it. So long story short, if your in need of parts and can't find them, just go here and they will do their best to get you fixed up.
Every time we go in we are taken care of with respect. The service guys are great! We Love pristows!

I have a Toro Personal Pace Mower that wouldn't start & needed help. Being still under warranty (this wasn't covered) I wanted to stay with an "authorized" place. Needless to say it was a mistake to go here! I was told by an employee who works there, along with 3 other people who have been there in the past, that since I didn't purchase the mower from Pristow's, they would put my mower in the back of the line to get done. Needless to say, after 34 days, 3 phone calls to them, & even trying to call Toro Company; i finally got it back with the report that it was a carb cleaning & new fuel-to me $50! NEVER AGAIN!
