We just purchased our house in early November of 2022. I called the to request service, twice in fact. They refused because of an outstanding bill from previous tenants.
We are not them and always pay our bills.

Lived in the house for 2 years picked up recycling twice. Called a few times. But still expected to pay for partial service.

I just witnessed your 2 drivers on our route taking the time to pickup garbage that had been scattered by birds or animals. Thank you for doing that. We are on the Davidsville Wed pickup. Please relay my appreciation to those drivers.

They leave trash in ur garbage can if it s not bagged my other garbage company we had would empty the can this company don t I pay for garbage to be empty totally they leave trash in thein the alleys

Garbage is picked up weekly. No matter the state of my cans everything is always in order. Never had any issues that weren't fault of my own. Would highly recommend.

I sent a copy of my license and SS card to prove That I am over 65 to receive $5.00 off my bill. (A total of FOUR different times, and Pro disposal ignored every one of them and continues to charge me $79.84! Instead of $5.00 less. What could be the problem up there in Portage? I don’t have a problem with the pick up of my garbage, it’s the office. Finally got my Senior Discount. Thanks

Canceled my service because I moved to another town. They owe me a refund because I paid quarterly and it’s been 4 months and repeated calls and still no refund.

Broke 2 trash cans, missed trash pick up, trash left in the street. I asked if I could send in ring doorbell footage but the route supervisor said no he would take care of it. I should of anyway because now they have "no record of it". They claimed they didnt pick up for nonpayment but when I called with confirmation EVERYTIME they were rude and acted like I was at fault. They said it was an issue with the 3rd party company they use for payment. DO NOT AUTOPAY.

Late picking up trash on several occasions. Not picked up at all one time. Switched to a different company and no problems.

They stopped picking up my garbage for a few weeks and I got a warning from my landlord because the animals were getting into it. I stopped putting it out for months and took it to a dumpster. When I talked to them and complained about it they charged me for the two months I didn’t put it out plus the months they didn’t pick up. I tried to work it out with them and compromise to pay half but they refused. Of course all supervisors were in meetings and couldn’t talk to me and their computers weren’t updated to get accurate records. Very unprofessional and they don’t care about customers.

Hats off to DeVonte who picked up on Oak St 15902. He puts everyone trash cans & lids back in front of there house or up on the curb. Even watched him put an 87yr old lady's can all the way to her basement door. Much respect

Employees are incompetent, lazy and sloppy. They leave trash in the street I’ve heard them complain about how many trash bags are in my trashcan. I guess I shouldn’t expect much being that it’s portage.

We used Pro Disposal as our residential trash hauler for about 18 months. The crew showed up at about the same time every week and picked up everything we put at the curb. No spills, overturned toters, or other issues.

Dont prepay these people. We prepaid for a year in early 2020 by about September, we were away and didnt put out 2 weeks worth of trash. When we did it was 3 weeks worth. These people decided to charge us $200, then when we called them out on it they did nothing to correct. At the same time they added 3 month months prematurely to our bill for 2021. We finally got them to correct that and now they are charging finance fees. #moneyhungrydumpsterdivers
If it could get worse our neighborhood would be upset because if something fell out of our trash can they would leave it a mess on the street.

They did not pick up our garbage at 130 state st. In Johnstown and we paid for the year and our cansrete still sitting on the driveway where our garage is at

If you are looking for cheap maybe this is the company for you. Service is lacking. Do not dump cans. Leave trash on the street after they compact and stuff falls out of the truck. Stopped tipping because they are just that bad.

My trash has been overlooked 3-4 times this year.for the amount I pay ONTIME throughout the year should assure me of my trash being picked up & not overlooked weekly. I wish I had options to choose another company because when it was advanced disposal I didnt have problems.get it together guys!
