Good experience. All appointments were kept. Some materials arrived damaged but Serge didn't put them in, he got new ones quickly and did the job right. We appreciated the attention to detail. He also kept the deadline we needed. Much appreciated.

Sergei is a genesis! If you need any fence, deck, ramps, trenching, etc.done USE PRO FENCE DECK! They gave me the best price out of several contractors, were extremely competent and high quality. They were able to design and create bends in the fence to align with the stone I didn't think possible, welded and powder coated everything, and gave great advise, showing examples the entire time to help me visualize the outcome. They modified gates to accommodate slope and even created a gorgeous diamond plate ramp for the garage and leveled the tiles in the garage to match! I would Highly recommend this company. Sarge was a total professional from the first phone call to the end of the job. He looks at every single detail and has a conversation with you to your satisfaction. After companies finish their jobs you never hear from them. Not this company. Every-time I called Sarge he would call me back and address or answer my question even if its a small issue. I definitely recommend this company. Serge was extremely responsive in coming over to give an estimate for my railing and fence needs. I had that estimate in minutes. He was professional and the estimate was very reasonable. After the materials came in, Serge came over and did a masterful job in installing front and side railings to my house. I couldn't be more pleased. He then was able, by phone in my presence, to expedite getting my fence materials, order new railing materials for my sliding glass door, plus giving me (again, within minutes) an estimate for installing the new railings. Serge has showed himself to be very responsive to my needs in all ways and I highly recommend his services.

Serge was very easy to work with, he made sure I was happy with everything we planned before ordering from his supplier. I wanted an old chain-link fence replaced with a new 2-tone grey and white PVC fence in my backyard. The supplier was a bit backed up on requests, so we had to wait 3 months before Serge finally had the material. However, once the fence was finally delivered, Serge was right there with his son ready to start tearing down the old fence. He then returned the next available day (due to rain) and installed my new fence. Serge was even able to make some last-minute changes I requested due to some work a neighbor did during the few months while we waited for the materials. I was very happy with the work Serge and his son did for me and will be requesting them again for any future projects.

I hired this company after receiving several estimates. I saw that some of my neighbors had used him in the past and we’re very satisfied. Serg is very easy to work with. Very helpful and explains things thoroughly. Calls back very quickly. Son Victor is a very hard worker and did most of the installation with a couple of other guys. They were friendly and did good work finishing in a day and a half (because of rain). They worked hard in this sweltering heat we’re having! I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

After shopping around and getting prices Serge was the last company to come out and give us an estimate and he had the best price for our fence. He ordered the material and once it came in the job was done the next day. Serge and his crew worked non stop until the job was done even once it starting raining. Serge offered his opinion on the best installation method and asked how we liked or disliked anything before he proceeded with the project throughout the entire job. Serge did a wonderful job on installing our railing for our front steps and around a steep portion of our yard. He was fair in pricing and laid out the differences and really spent time giving us the best layout. He was kind and courteous and his team worked hard in this heat to quickly finish the work with quality.
