6Hands down best pedicure I've ever had. Super fast to get your nails done too!
While my nails are nice the experience was not. The man that did my nails was rough, had a long thumb nail that he constantly dug into my fingers. He held onto my fingers too tightly. He would grab my arm aggressively and pull it towards him. At one point my elbows were on the resting pad on the table. He burned me while using the dremmel. I don't know about you but I look forward to a relaxing time while getting my nails done. This was not comfortable. Sir, please cut your nails and lighten up on the pressure, all around.
Just stay away. I came in asking for pedi/gel nails for myself and and a just a color change for my 10 yr old daughter. I told them do not cut her cuticles. She is young and doesn't need to be cut. One of the lady took my daughter back first and started her with a dip in the spa chairs and gave her the whole spa treatment. Little did I know, once you touch water, that is the upgraded price from a simple color change. They also cut my daughters cuticle when I have told them to not touch. When it was my turn, I noticed the whole process was unsanitary. Equipment/tools were just rinsed in the next water tub next to me.
When it came to tip at the end, the lady who was collecting my tip pointed at her coworkers too, asking me to tip them too. While I was counting out my money and plan on doing so, I thought that was quite rude of her to do so. While I was not satisfied with my experience, I gave the other 2 workers $5 each. The cashier spoke Vietnamese to her co-workers and told them that I was planning to give them $5. I pretended I didnt understand left the tip and walked out. You shouldn't be discussing pay/tip in front of customers. That is just plain rude.
2 months now and am just removing my toe polish, and I notice my toe have fungus growing on both. Im just livid. Now I have to treat them and hope it heals soon. Never had I ever had toe fungus before and just knew that visit was not going to go great. Thankfully my daughters toes are fine. Although her treatment was done by a different lady that worked at the shop.
I had gel on my nails and decided to try this nail solon because it was close to where I work! Big mistake. Always follow your instincts! When I got there the solon didn’t look and feel clean, I don’t know why I stayed! The lady that was doing my pedicure kept digging into my skin while the other lady was drilling the gel off my nails, no regards to messing up my clothes! I decided not to get a manicure! They have the worst attitude! How are they even in business? I hope I didn’t get fungus or any other bacteria in my in my toes! I don’t recommend this nail solon.
1st time there, took my friend for her birthday and b4 our vacation. They were very nice and was no wait. I have really super sensitive feet but the lady was very gentle.loved my pedi!
