18My favorite place to get my nails done, every time I come they do a beautiful job and are so nice!
This is my new nail place! The staff is very friendly and professional! My nails were beautiful! I will be back!
Called for a powder dip manicure, they got me in same day, the nail tech did a great job! I'm so happy with how pretty they look!
I'm so disappointed to say this because they always are so nice and their work looks awesome BUT EVERY TIME THEY DO MY NAILS IT DOESNT CURE THE WHOLE WAY! By literally the next day after getting them, at least one of my nails is soft and peels or chips.so frustrating.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. My friend went in for a fill. It was listed as $20. Just for reference a new full set is $30. So he starts with the process and immediately got mad because some of the nails were lifting. In those situations you're supposed to cut the old acrylic off so mold doesn't start growing - but instead he just put acrylic over the whole thing instead. Ew. Then when it came time to shape she had a natural curve to all but one. One nail is oddly curved like a cat claw and looks so strange and out of place - just totally bizarre. Also the pinky nail is lumpy AF. So back to that $20 fill price. She goes up to pay and has $40 in her hand. He then proceeds to tell her, "ok, $80". She was blown awayyyy. $80!? How!? Who!? What!? When!? Why!? She asked him how could it be $80? He said it was because her nails were long. Are you kidding me!? She doesn't have Cardi B length nails or anything, just a normal long, stiletto shaped nail. Why wouldn't you have that in writing on your sign of services and prices? So weird and unprofessional. Honestly she felt completely taken advantage of. Also, how can a completely new set of acrylics be only $30 but she was charged more than double? Stay away. Absolutely not worth it. Total rip off.
One day after getting a fill, the polish is peeling off, a nail fell off (we told its not their problem) he would fix just one of the peeling nails for free not all the nails.
Will definitely be coming here more often. Friendly people and my nails turned out awesome for my Salem trip coming up!
Came in just to have my dip nails taken off. He started doing it without soak and just using tools which I told him was painful and wrong. Then he soaked them and said since he is soaking the charge will be 20$ just to take them off. I know inflation has made things pricey but 20$ just to take them off and nothing else. I’m so over salons. I’ll just do my own nails from now on
This is absolutely the best place to get nails done. They are so nice there and nails turn out perfect every single time.
1st time here and it will be my last. Another pedicure by a male technician who doesn’t know or care about how to give a proper pedicure. For the $ you spend you should at least have the gunk cleaned out of the corners, feel moisturized and not have polish on the skin.
I took my granddaughter here as part of her 16th birthday present. Our experience was absolutely horrible!
She asked to have her nails reshaped and filled in. She end up with 8 out of 10 misshapen and bumpy nails. She was so upset, I immediately took her to Hollywood Nails in Gettysburg to get her nails completely redone.
As for my pedicure, I was satisfied with the actual service, although it seemed a bit rushed for a $65 pedicure. In total, it was 22 minutes long. At that rate, these people are making about $150+ per hour. You would think they would be at the top of their game.
It wasn’t until I got home, that I realized that my own nails were painted so far away from my cuticle it looked like I still needed my nails done.
Just for these two services, I paid these people $105. And, I had to go to an ATM to get my guy his $10.00 tip, because they do not allow customers to tip on a credit or debit card. I guess that way they don’t have to report their tip income to the IRS.
People work hard for their money, and as consumers we deserve better than this. Hopefully New Oxford, PA gets a better nail salon option…because this ain’t it!
This place is horrible. They wouldn’t listen when I asked to trim my nails down. The dude just slapped the nail brush on my nails not even making the lines straight and even. Nails looked like duck nails literally. And they scammed me.
I got a pedicure done here and they took less than ten minutes, did not shape my nails or push back my cuticles, and the polish was uneven. Really disappointed and a waste of $30: (
I am an automotive detailer, & my nails are always in horrible condition. I was almost embarrassed to come in and let them do my nails, but no judgment whatsoever! & she did an absolutely phenomenal job on fixing me up for my sister in law's wedding!
I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I went in for a pedicure and she rushed through me and was not very friendly. I could of done a better pedicure myself. It was my birthday and wanted to treat myself but very disappointed!
I’m always in love with my nails when I leave! The staff go above and beyond and they’re so sweet! Highly recommended!
Pro Nails Nailed It! I had the best experience! Men Di did a fantastic Mani/ Gel Pedi! The experience was Great! Kelly did a fantastic job with my eyebrows. Thank you!
They filed my natural nails very crooked, and didn't apply the dip all the way to my cuticle
So it looked grown out
