I have found a new spot here. The staff is fantastic and friendly. I went 3 times and they ALL call me by my name, which is something I look at. Its important to get to know your customers and they do a great job doing so. Thao is amazing! She does a great job on nails and designs. If I had to recommend a change, it would be their pedicures. They do not spend time to massage you legs and feet, which is favorite part. I still put this place before any other and recommend their services.

I read the reviews and I tried Pro Nails and Brianna did my nails. Very professional and great work. My nails never looked this good. I am thankful for going here today. Brianna thank you for my beautiful nails. I will be back soon.

I can not express to you enough how amazing this salon is! I brought an entire bridal party to Pro Nails on Friday October 6. They accommodated a 9 person bridal party and allowed us to bring some bubbly and snacks! Everyone is so friendly it makes it so easy to relax and enjoy all the pampering with your friends and family! Pro nails is the place to go for your pre wedding mani-pedis!

Amazing customer service and great nail work! I’ve tried many salons before and PRO is by far my favorite. Not only do their polish and dips last awhile, they are kind and respectful as well. Their service is fast, but prestige, and their appointments are punctual. I would highly recommend this salon!

I went today for the first time and I absolutely LOVE the color selection and professionalism. I hate that I didn’t get the tech’s name. But, chair 2! Definitely coming back.

The employees here provided excellent service and were very kind. They greet every customer with a friendly introduction and guide them throughout with professional suggestions and opinions. Their wide web of aesthetic selection almost guarantees your colorful and beautiful satisfactory needs.

Trash. As you first walk in they ask you you got an appointment you tell them no, they then freak out on you. Telling you you need appointment then they get the customer that they're doing the nails and then chime in and be ignorant to you too.forr what.why you mad

I figured I’d try it out because my nail tech is out for a few weeks. WORST gel mani I’ve ever had. My nails were long, thick and healthy. Not after they were through with me! They buff my nails down completely and now they are paper thin, I have never seen my nails so thin and brittle. I got them done 2 days ago and I already have 3 broken…. This is NOT typical for me at all. I got a simple gel manicure with almond shaped nails and they charge you additional $5+ just to file your nail. Anyway would not recommend if you love your nails and want to walk out w healthy nails. I will say it was very clean and the staff was friendly but they are not good at nails at all. Very upset that my nails have all broken.

I’ve been getting my nails done at the same salon for 5 years with the same tech. She has never buffed my nails down to be so thin regardless if I had the one layer of acrylics. I do not have a hard time finding a salon. It was not necessary to make my nails as thin as they were by the time I left. Because when I arrived my nails were healthy and thick. I did not advise anyone to make my nails thin. Nor would I believe a professional would do that to them. Clearly not everyone does great quality work.

My favorite salon! I have been coming here for years and always leave with exactly what I wanted. My dip is never piled on too thick and they last so long. I had a month in between trips once and every piece of dip was still intact.

We also had a little bridal nail party here! They blocked off the night and allowed us to bring food and drinks in! It was incredible!

This is one of my favorite places to be. A calm, soothing environment, as well as a delightful staff make this nail salon stand out among the rest. Everyone is very professional, yet funny and friendly.and my nails have never looked better! If I could give more stars, I would! Dip, gel, designs.the possibilities and talent here are endless!

I have never been to this nail salon but I’m glad I did one of the women working there worked there magic on my nail that was split down the middle horizontally but she took her time and fixed my nail I’m forever grateful thank you pro nails

This is my favorite nail place in the whole wide world.everyone who works here is incredibly talented and super friendly.brianna does my nails and toes.she is so incredibly creative and talented that i trust her to do whatever she wants.i don't pick colors or anything - i let her do her thing and EVERY TIME she absolutely kills it.i get so many compliments and the mani lasts forever.this place is like family.everyone is always smiling and joking.i look forward to my appointment days in advance.i've actually moved to new jersey in the last year and still make the trip back to pro nails because of how much i love them!

Not sure about it. Came in because I wasn't happy about the place I was going. I had an appointment which they said I had the wrong time. Ok fine can I just reschedule so I don't affect anyone else's appointments, they were very friendly and said on no no we can take you no worries.fast forward 1 hr and they started doing my nails then when i finally sit down i am juggled chair to chair then the girls doing nails made faces at each other and just talked about my nails. How do I know because the girl was holding my hand and pointing when talking. Disrespectful. I am shocked it takes 2 hrs to do a refill and polish one basic color and basic designs at all. She was on her phone texting and talking on the phone to God knows who 80% of the time. I am digusted.
