I had truck my in for another issue and the guys noticed a problem with my suspension. Luke and the staff are great to deal with and made fixing my issue easy. While installing the new lift they found some worn parts and contacted me immediately and I had them change those as well. They not only made my 17yr old truck look great it rides like a new one again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Professional, Easy to work with and provide a good service.

Managed to take care of me without seeing anyone in person or going in during hours. My schedule has been crazy and they were able to take care of me with after hours drop off and pick up. Mary was great to talk to and very communicative on what I wanted.

Pro Trucks wanted $125+ to install 4 wheels at 4+ weeks out scheduling, Bigfoot did it for $65 and only a week out scheduling, and they look great! Thats like getting free lugnuts, to
me! Im sorry but that is just price gouging. John at Bigfoot was very helpful, thank you, will be back.

I have been going to Protrucks for all my truck needs. I recently had a duel exhaust with Flowmaster system on my 2019 Chevy Silverado 4x4. Exhaust has great sound and rumble. I will be having a leveling kit done next.

Friendly, Honest, and Knowledgeable. This place takes the time to listen, suggest, and make sure you are happy. Luke and Mary Lou are both great at offering advice and suggestions about parts! They both really know their products. The mechanics are also extremely courteous, professional, and truly care about your vehicle. My experience with them was with a few smaller items and then I had an exhaust installed. Frankly, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from start to finish. Luke made suggestions as to which exhaust I should use, ordered it and scheduled the install. Upon completing the install (took about an hour) The mechanic took the time to wrap up the old muffler and placed it in the back for me so that it would not damage the interior. He then came to talk to me to let me know he moved a bag I had in the back to the back seat so the muffler wouldn’t damage the bag or the interior. Pricing is more than competitive. Labor charges are extremely reasonable and fair. Will be back! Highly recommended.

I trust them with their work since they actually show you what needs replaced instead of just replacing something that doesn't need replaced.

Not sure this place actually exists. I have been calling them for days, and leaving messages. No one ever answers the phone. Never a call back even though they indicate they will return your call. Yeah, right. With that type of customer service, I wouldn't let them change a wiper blade.
