Profitable Practice Strategies reviews
15I saw Lori Allen at the Chiropractic Convention. She is always full of awesome information that gives us the tools to take back to our practice for success. Super thankful for her!
I’ve taken several classes from Mrs. Lori Allen at the FCA and she is wonderful. Great advice that can be realistically implemented in any office. Always eager to learn in her classes.
Such an amazing and knowledgeable women! Learned so much from her at the FCA! Thank you for everything you do Lori!
I have had the opportunity to attend several seminars at many locations and found them to vary from interesting to passable.
I hesitated for years hiring ANOTHER practice coach but I should have enrolled much sooner. By implementing Lori's systems I have greatly reduced my work stress and advertising expense. My revenue and profit are up, retention is way up, and patient and personal satisfaction are way up. Easily well worth the investment.
Lori Allen is a pioneer in practice management. Her workshops and personalized coaching have helped our practice streamline protocols, enhance patient experiences, and significantly grow our patient numbers and bottom line. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to bring their practice to the next level.
Business consulting as it's best. Prior consultants that I have dealt with will give every business the same process. Lori Allen's structure and processes work specifically for my office. She can be reached at any time and has made a huge difference in my business with employees and profitability.
I had the honor of having a one on one with Lori. Kind, funny, smart, insightful are just a few words I would use when describing Lori. I learned a lot in our time together, and look forward to working with her again. She is a master at her craft.
I have been working with profitable practice strategies for about eight years now. Lori Allen is the consummate professional and a leader in her field of practice consulting. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is considering upgrading or improving their practice.

Hands down one of the greatest coaches in the profession. Lori has such simple but so affective systems that is easy for staff to implement. Thank you Thank you!
I bought Lori Allen’s book and found it exceptionally well done. Being a great Chiropractor and being a business owner are two different skill sets. Buy, read, and most importantly implement what’s in this book. You will be pleasantly surprised at how well things start going! I have recently purchased her new Front Desk Mastery and fully expect the same quality given her experience
Lori Allen has been working with our office for quite some time. She offers practical, effective solutions, and morale is always bolstered by the end of our meetings. She would be a valuable asset for any practice.
Lori has done an excellent job augmenting our facility training and optimization efforts at Anodyne Pain and Wellness. She is great at pointing out the operational strengths and potential improvement opportunities at our locations. This perspective has been very valuable as we execute our growth plans. I highly recommend her.
I'm a lowly P&L financial analyst and today got pulled into an unscheduled ZOOM call with Lori Allen and was rapid fire asked questions about appointments kept for the previous week, while I was scrambling to pull the data and answering her questions she continued to overtalk me and interrupted multiple times. I got upset after she did this the third time and so I said something about it, with my Clinical Director in the room as a witness, I said something along the lines of, "She keeps overtalking me, it's frustrating to be talked over again and again when she asks me direct questions that I'm in the process of answering, " Lori Allen became loud, defensive, confrontational and began harshly belittling me professionally stating, "I've been in healthcare for over 27 years with a system that I've developed and drives results, how long were you with your previous employers? You've been in healthcare for how long? You need to take ownership of this data. "
It was very demeaning to be personally attacked the way I was by Lori Allen, especially to the fact that we were discussing objective data. It wasn't personal until Lori Allen took her disrespectful stance toward me, the best I can do is chalk it up to ageism, I'm a millennial young and inexperienced. I expected Lori to understand me and be more supportive since my company is paying her for her consultation. Unfortunately it seems this poor professionalism is consistent her character based on other reports and reviews online. Professionally I would never choose to ever do business with this woman she's arrogant, confrontational, disrespectful and belittling not just to me but her own husband I've heard and seen her yell rudely at him on ZOOM calls.
