The staff was very accommodating with my wheelchair bound mother. They went out of their way to make her visit less stressful for her and easier for me. Thank you Hamilton Eye Institute!

What a huge disappointment this facility turned out to be. There is no time or care taken when seeing patients. The entire process is rushed. The staff is rude and unprofessional; clearly very unhappy. You feel like you’re in a factory with how you are ushered around to different “stations”. Due to the poor quality of care my eyes were “dilated” and I was seen by the doctor less than 5 minutes after the drops & before the dilation even took effect. It wasn’t until I was outside waiting for my ride, without protective eyewear that my eyes were truly dilated. That’s right they offered nothing to shade my eyes as is a standard practice, or so one would think.
Prescription provided was not consistent with what I was told to my in the room by the doctor. When I questioned this with staff I was disregarded. If you care about your eye health I would not go here.

All the Doctors and staff at this place are wonderful and go above and beyond what is expected. My wife and I feel like family here and will never go to another place.

I don't care about office decor, staff, or wait times. What I deeply care about is a doctors ability to diagnose, methodology, education, and intelligence combined with emotional investment; dedication, and caring. One does not need to ask Dr. Betsy Luo why she entered medicine, as one might question the agendas of too high a percentage of health professionals. It is crystal clear she is intended and purposed for ophthalmic work. If you've had to wait it is probably because she takes whatever time is required to be comprehensive and thorough.

By law they must give me my eye script and they refused to do so. I will never go back there they also wouldn't let me get glasses there and told me I needed an opthomologist not an opinion so what a waste of time and money

Total disregard for the patients and drivers time. Stack so many patients at the same time. There should be a fine or something else in regards to this.

They do not take patients privacy too well I found private information on another patient taped to the counter and I saw they put a note in my son's chart about me that was uncalled for. If it was not because of the doctor and technicians I would not go back

If the time doesn’t matter to you this is the best place to waste it here, regular checkups might take 2 hours, they don’t have an answer for the late.

They dont care about the patients at all. This is the 3rd time they called a week before the appointment was scheduled to cancel it. Never going back to them again. Also the staff is very rude in dealing with patients and behave as if they are doctors themselves.

Not my personal experience as I would not pick this place to go for eye care. I have accompanied someone here twice. Both times even though we were first opening appointment time, we waited OVER an hour. Staff seemed to be waiting around for doctors to show up.

Also glasses purchased were not fitted correctly. The arms on glasses do not fit over ears. They should have seen that as a problem.

Bad experience from the beginning. Waited over an hour for my son's first appt last year. Then scheduled 2 appt for April 2018 (a year in advanced) they wait until the week before to call to reschedule due to insurance purposes and expect to reschedule in to July! Cancelled all appts for entire family and will find a new eye Dr.
I do not recommend this place unless you like constantly needing to change your schedule due to their errors.

The staff was friendly throughout the visit. I was seated promptly after registering. Dr Luo saw me after a short wait. He was friendly, caring, and explained everything. He was also much gentler than other ophthalmologists I've seen in the past during the retina examination.

Stephanie from optical is very good. She is board certified. Which is not the case for some optical stores who have employees.

Literally the easiest glasses buying experience of my life. Took 15 minutes, they take ameri health caritas (for special needs children / MA). And it was so easy. I paid a little extra for transition lenses (so my child has sunglasses additional to the lenses, but that didn't cost much.)

I'm going to buy there again.

Ok, this place is a ZOO not an eye doctor place. They have overbooked people so bad that the wait is 2 hrs! Plus, the employees are all bitching and fighting with each other because there are to many patients and they can't take lunch!
DON'T GO HERE! I will never come back!
