6Test was cancelled twice at this location. Now, I have to take my exam in akron. Seems like staffing is very inconsistent here. Be cautious when choosing this exam site.
Dont work for this company they FIRED all their managers 79 of them to be exact, now are hiring for that same manager job again. PROMETRIC is why there is staffing issues at these sites. Blame the company 100%. Also have fun testing when they fully shut down and go bankrupt
Place is ok I guess. I never went in my daughter went there to take a test for college
I was scheduled to take an 8 hour exam today. I even got a confirmation email to confirm my date, but the test center was closed when I showed up. We eventually called the building manager and found out that the site was closed for President's Day. I was not informed ahead of time and the closure was not listed on the Promestric website. I was blindsided, as were the other 20 examiners who waited in the hallway with me for over an hour. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I am so disappointed in the unprofessionalism and inconsideration this prometrics has. I had my NBCOT exam scheduled for today at 1: 15pm and I received an email the day of at 10am stating my exam is canceled. I called and the staff told me it was because of staffing issues? I asked for further detail and was given none because he didn't have any. I am moving to Texas tomorrow and accepted a job offer that was counting on me to take this exam. They have no idea how their "staffing issues" can really effects someones life plans. I'm so glad I am moving to Texas and will hopefully be using a better Prometric's center down there.
Just called to place my CPA exam. I was greeted by a woman named Nancy who told me that “today is not a good day and to call back another time”. I simply asked “well what makes today a bad day and what will be a good day? ” To which she finally replied “it just is and hangs up”. This is incredibly rude customer service. I worked really hard to take the CPA exam and I have my Masters and work full time. There is absolutely NO REASON to treat people that way! Unbelievably rude!
