Pronto Plumbing Heating Air Drains, Camp Hill PA

EDIT: I had to call Pronto Plumbing again this week for a completely unrelated issue. Casey was great, and so was Daniel. He came out promptly to assess the situation. While it turned out to NOT be a plumbing-related issue, he connected me immediately with someone who could help.

Would definitely recommend Pronto Plumbing. Tommy was efficient, professional, and friendly. We had a gas leak in our new home, which caused us to be without heat on a freezing cold day after UGI shut off the gas. Thankfully, Tommy arrived quickly to repair the couplings on our gas line and also patiently worked with his manager and our home warranty company to get our claim approved before starting any work. Tommy replaced the couplings on our basement gas line, and we now have peace of mind, knowing that our family is safe. Casey, who I spoke to on the phone, was also a pleasure to work with. When the need inevitably arises for plumbing work again, we know who we'll be calling.

Tom was efficient and professional during the inspection process. Also, he answered all my questions.

They diagnosed the old and installed a new more efficient natural gas furnace. Each of the 3 service technicians was knowledgeable about their job and they were responsible and respectful.
Now I have them check the system every autumn and spring. They are always a pleasure to have on board!

Melvin, Lester, Trinity, Adam, Josh, Drew and Alex were amazing! We had a BIG job with repiping our entire house and sewer line from home to road and they took it on with great humor and personality. Such a pleasure to have in/at my home. For having to deal with limited water for 3 days thanks to inspectors and no fault of this group, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

I called Pronto Plumbing mid morning to report a small leak in the bottom of my water heater. The water heater was 7+ years old, and it had reached the end of its life expectancy. By mid afternoon, my new water heater was installed, and I had no interruption to speak of. Amazing service.

He was courteous, though and it was obvious this was not his first call to open our drain.

Jesse west was our installer and he is very professional very polite clean after himself. Very happy with the installation. I recommend Pronto Plumbing.

My furnace decided to take a break but Pronto is always on the job. They can't out the same day to trouble shoot the issue and didn't give up until my furnace wear consistently up and running. I appreciate Johnathan and Logan. Between the two of them I have great again.

I had one of your technicians, Dan, at my property today for a main line clog. I have dealt with a lot of contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc.and I can honestly say that I have never experienced anything like I did today. Dan was absolutely amazing. Everything about the service that Dan and your company provided was beyond exceptional. I made a call, the tech arrived, and the work was completed within two hours of the initial call, and the price was better than the competition. I cannot thank you guys enough. I have never been so happy to spend a few hundred dollars! I will only be calling you for my plumbing needs.

The plumbers (Kevin and Rick) couldn't have been better. They were polite, friendly, and went out of their way to correct the problem.

Eat ham and Ricky came right to me the day I had an issue gave an estimate and put us right on the schedule reguardless of it being a holiday! Then on the day to fix the problems Melvin came right in told me what they were doing for that day and the next since it was a big job.
