I’ve had a wonderful experience with PMI. Betsie has been the most helpful and kind person to interact with. She helped me find a home to rent a few years ago, and since then has always responded to any questions or concerns promptly. It has been a pleasure!

We are very happy with our rental experience. Vickie is an exceptional property manager, she really strives to keep the complex safe, clean, and free from drama. She responds quickly to maintenance and other concerns, and is the best property manager we've ever had in all of our years as renters. Apartment living is never perfect, but this is as good as it gets in terms of renting.

I am going into my 3rd year with PMI and my experience so far has been great. Betsie has been amazing through the whole process. The only complaint I have is they give little to no warning for maintenance. We've had several maintenance guys just walk in the front door like they own the place with no warning from PMI and no knock. Other than that, the prices are very fair and they are very quick to address any concerns you have with your property.

I've lived in my townhouse for three years now and I've had a very consistent positive experience. My townhouse is quiet, peaceful, and when I have any issues management has been very responsive. For example, my water heater unexpectedly broke one day and within one hour, the maintenance team was there to replace it. Betsie is always astoundingly fast with her responses and has been very helpful over the last three years!

I've been living here over 8 years. No major complaints. Any issues that arise are met with quickly and professionally. This location is close enough to everything but it is in a quieter setting. Virginia is great to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable about any and all issues I've ever had.

We've been living at a home managed by PMI for almost 2 years now. Everyone we've spoke to and worked with during this time, especially Betsie, have been very kind and professional. We would recommend PMI to anyone renting in the State College area.

I have had great experience living at Pleasant Pointe the last two years. Vickie our property manager from PMI has always been ready to help us in any way she can. She keeps our community running smoothly and by the books which I appreciate so much. Maintenance has always been done promptly and professionally, they are all super friendly and kind. Having lived in State College for 25 years and observed many apartment complexes through friends etc, I'd say PMI runs one of the best ships around.

I have been a tenant of PMI for over five years my most recent experience has been here at lime rock under the management of Virginia. Virginia‘s professionalism and kindness is outstanding on a daily basis! The maintenance personnel are awesome as well Gerald and Sean. Every request for service has been addressed immediately and professionally!

Having lived in State College for 32yrs, Vicki is THE BEST property manager I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She is always responsive and quick to take care of whatever problems arise. I truly appreciate that she works so hard to make sure our properties stay clean and maintained. She genuinely cares about her tenants.

I couldn't be happier with my apartment and the service I've received. Jessica is an especially great help for any questions you have, from the lease to emergency maintenance to parking passes, but everybody I've spoken to (both in the office and maintenance) has been fantastic. I was nervous having my own apartment for the first time, but PMI made the process easy and has always taken care of anything that came up with zero hassle. Cannot recommend enough!

Everyone I have dealt with from Virginia to maintenance have been very friendly and professional. Anytime I have a need or concern it is dealt with quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

PMI is an awesome place for my family to reside. Apartments are very spacious, maintenance is very professional and adequate, and their management team especially Virginia is awesome.

I rented from PMI for 4 years and when it came time for me to move, I checked with them first to see if there were any open places in my new area. I have found both PMI properties clean, well built, highly maintained and beautiful. The manager at both properties, Virginia, was/is helpful and professional. I have been in my new place for over a year and look forward to many more years living in my “happy place”.

I have had a very positive experience with PMI over all as a tenant in State College. One day recently, my freezer broke. I placed a call at 9: 00 and within 15-20 minutes a repair man was in my apartment. To my amazement, he had it fixed within a half an hour! I'd also like to mention that the property manager, Virginia has always gone above and beyond helping me whenever I had questions. Having been a prior homeowner,
it's been hard making the adjustment to apartment life. I feel that the staff are courtesy and go out of their way to make sure your concerns are taken care of. I would recommend this company and the employees, work together to make apartment living a great alternative to home ownership.
