3Erik really did a great job on my house/roof and my neighbors house/roof. Very professional, worked very hard all day in high heat to get the job done. Really appreciated the fact that he offered group discount, since both my neighbor and I had the washing done at the same time, as well as the satisfaction guarantee he offers. My roof is 20+ years old so there were some really stubborn spots and streaks. He came back the next day and re-sprayed some tough spots on my roof at no extra charge. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to any other place in the area for roof and house washing. Erik is a great guy and very highly recommended if you are in need of a house/roof washing! My neighbor isn't very computer savvy so she won't write a review but she said to me: "He earned every penny of what we paid, he worked hard for 2 days straight and the houses look brand new. " Thanks again Erik, good to know where to go in a couple years when the house needs washing again!
Just used Pros Under pressure for the first time. Erik did a great job power washing my garage, porch and walkways. I have recommended him to several other people. Best power washing that I have had done.
I am extremely happy with the results from this company! My home is an older Modular Home and it now looks like it has brand new siding! Erick was done within two hours. I am sure he spent extra time on the job because I don't think the trailer had ever been professionally washed before. I was shocked by the results. I had thought the stairs were a marbled black and gray and they are actually white! I wish I had taken before pictures but I only thought to take pictures after I saw how great my home looked.
Erick did a great job cleaning the green mold off all of the siding as well as the patio and stairs.
I highly recommend the company and will be using them again at least every Spring!
