ProSource of Monroeville reviews
10Worked with Dominique to purchase vinyl plank flooring for a kitchen and dining area. She was a pleasure to work with helping me select flooring samples and made it easy to complete the purchase. Received a fair price and excellent quality flooring.
Dave and Tammy at ProSource were extremely helpful when we were picking out tile/vanity/etc for our bathroom remodel. They have a huge selection to pick from and the 2 of them were awesome!
Very professional great selections quality products reasonable prices came in to location from warehouse exactly as planned no hold ups. Staff are so helpful, contractors recommend and im so pleased with my selection can't wait for the flooring to be installed
I met with Keith, a prosource employee, who showed me all the items I was interested in. There is a huge selection to choose from. I will definitely return for future projects.
Dave was super helpful and explained everything to us in what to look for in Coretec flooring. Answered our questions and let us look around and never pressured us. He allowed us to take some large samples home to get an idea of what might work for our floor. Great service and product.
First went in to look at bathroom sinktop samples. Found what we wanted but the countertop person was not there to provide a quote and I was told to call back and make an appt. Okay, did that & waited a week for the appt. Went on the scheduled date, found what we wanted and was told a quote would be sent in 24-48 hours. It was not. I called and was told the countertop person was on vacation due to a birth in the family. Waited another 2 weeks and stopped in. I was told she lost my email address. I provided it again and was told she would send that day. After another week with no response I bought from another supplier.
I realize I was not entering into a high dollar kitchen redo but.if this place can't handle a bathroom sink I absolutely was not going to use them when we redid our kitchen.
The Manager, and staff have always been positive, and helpful with anything I’ve needed. Their warehouse staff is also 1st rate. I appreciate ProSource.
Stand up guys that love what they do! Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with the past couple years! From manager to salesman to warehouse/shipping live dealing with them!
Thanks,
Caporali Floors
Prosource has been awesome! They have the largest selection of LVP flooring I have seen and you can tell it is high quality. The prices are great too. They let you take samples and they are a lot larger than samples I have gotten anywhere else.very helpful to get an idea of what the floor will look like. Will also be going back to order tile for my kitchen backsplash.
**In response to the owner's response below. Client and member satisfaction cannot be your top priority. ProSource never tried to get in contact with me to discuss finding a resolution. I had to call numerous times and the "resolution" that was discussed wasn't close to satisfaction - it was a joke for the headaches that it cost.
Dealing with ProSource of Monroeville has been a complete nightmare on my flooring project. Their customer service is quite possibly the worst I’ve dealt with. Instead of admitting a mistake and contacting me and my installer to inform us that there will be a delay because they had to reorder my floor, they checked in an incorrect flooring product and allowed it to be picked up and delivered and installed 24 hours after realizing that they checked in the wrong flooring. When called and confronted, Todd from the warehouse, admitted that this was already known 24 hours prior to the floor being picked up but didn’t follow through to stop the floor from leaving the warehouse, being delivered, and installed. He then reassured me that the correct floor left Cincinnati that morning at 11 am and was on its way to Monroeville as we spoke. The following afternoon, I received a text message that my floor actually had left Georgia and was headed to South Carolina which would go to Cincinnati and then to Monroeville. I was stuck living in a house with plywood floors, wasted time off of work, and that doesn’t include the time/money/gas that it cost my installer. I understand that people make mistakes, but the way this situation was handled was very unprofessional and costly. I didn’t even get a phone call with an apology. I had to call them and complain to get “a personal apology. ” I would recommend going anywhere but here.
