I am changing my EverWash package from this location. My car does not get clean, there is no soap. Very disappointed.

Good high pressure wand but no real chemical effect on dirt. Foaming brush sure does foam but it sure does not clean. I have not once at this car wash bound hot water. The first rule of moving molecules is to warm them up and it's includes dirt. The machinery is all a good order and the place is kept well, but the effect is to give you a car wash. That simply is not worth it.

Pay for premium car wash but only get the basic. Underbody blast didn’t work nor the pre wash. Very frustrating!

Purchased the Ultimate automatic wash which said it included wheel wash.you would think? Wheels did not get washed. Going to wipe off the brake dust at home.

So I will say this, I like the wash. I did touch less and it did pretty well, some dirt was left but overall good. I was very disappointed though that they offer 13 dollar unlimited and then don’t actually have that option available on the app. Please fix this!

Went there yesterday and selected the quick wash, $6. Lots of dirt still on the car and tires were barely touched. What do you expect for $6 right? Lesson learned. Saw on my charge card that the car was charged me $10! And I selected the $6 wash. That really upsets me. And the signs for the Everwash app, u limited $13 a month is also false. There is no option for $13. Cheapest option was around $25. And the worse thing about this place is there is No One to help with issues. Not even a phone number to call.

Don't ever go there there vacuums smell like pets now. Got my mom's car smelling like it. Then we tried to get stuff like cleaning stuff from the machine and it took our money. Don't ever go there and then when I told the guy about the vacuum about it smells like pets he tells me I don't know what to tell you

I paid for the wash and the person in front of me triggered the sensor, so it washed their car a second time. I’d like a refund but there is no phone number listed.

This is always where I take my car. Disappointed the other day. I paid for the expensive wash and my car is STILL dirty right after I washed it. Waste of my money

This car wash gets no stars bit it wouldn’t let me post til I gave it one. I used my card and the final was 3.25. They took out ten dollars that day from my bank. That was annoying but worse yet is today I see they took out another 3.25. No contact information on the web so I am out 10 dollars. I will never go back and neither should anybody. It wouldn’t take my dollars I had no choice but to use my card. Crooks.

Last time I went to this car wash, the guy I assume runs the place was emptying the trash cans and I had accidentally threw some trash in one that didn’t have a can. I offered to and proceeded to pick up the few pieces of trash I had thrown away and he proceeded to rush me to finish, so I just left. As I was pulling out, he harassed me about coming only to use the free services and leave. I had intended to use the vacuums as well, but his demeanor made me uncomfortable, so I vacuumed at the other local car wash.
This time, I went to use the vacuums. They accept dollar bills, but wouldn’t take mine. There were no quarters in the change machine and the vacuum machine would not spit the quarters back out that I had inserted.
I went on Google to try and resolve this issue by calling, there’s no phone number they can be reached at.

I paid, drove in. Automatic started then immediately stopped. I had soap on the car so I had to drive back and pay again. I would like a refund but there is no one to ask!
