Providence Ear, Nose & Throat, Chester PA

I contacted the organization and spoke with the Doctor prior to finalizing my visit. He sat me in an exam room and said he didn't want to get involved with my symptoms, even though we had discussed this less than 5 days earlier. Hefty bill to my insurance company and a heft co-pay. I am filing formal complaints with the PA Medical Board, BBB, and have issued a stop payment on my credit card. I only needed an evaluation from a certified ENT. The doctor gave no such evaluation, and would not even put his name on the medical record that I was there. I don't leave many reviews, but the place is an absolute scam. They agreed to re-fund me, but it never happened. Stay away from this practice, they lie and run people through to charge insurance and co-pays.
I've learned my lesson and will check the reviews before seeing a specialty care physician in the future. I would give lower than 1 star if possible for wasting my time and failing to adhere to any moral code.

Very professional and organized staff. Never have I had to wait to see the Doctor for any of my appointments. I’ve been coming here for over 10+ years and like the fact that I have never been treated like a number here.

I went to this practice at the recommendation of my PCP.
I regret not coming to this site and reading the reviews.
Don’t go to this practice. They were unprofessional and the doctor that saw me (Dr G.) was rushing me and didn’t care to allow me to ask questions.
The treatment that was given to me didn’t work.
Now I have an appt with a different ent practice

Don't go here, believe me. I should have checked the reviews before I went here. Did nothing for me, didn't give me any follow up instructions. Went to Penn Medicine in Philadelphia

I am honestly sad that i have to make this review, my son has been Dr. Perloff for the last 3.5 to 4 years now and we have never had any issues. To be clear my son has some diagnoses and is delayed so everytime we go to doctors it can be difficult. Dr. Perloff was trying to look into my sons left ear and he started kicking and screaming, i’ve never ever seen the doctor get so aggressive my entire time of us being a patient. He aggressively held him down and started yelling at him and it scared me, being an adult! We will not be returning and i don’t advise anyone bring their kids here. We will be going somewhere where my son is going to be understood and where a doctor has some patience.

Read the reviews! They are rated so low for a reason. I have been to the facility for <15 min visit and they sent me a hefty bill despite the amazing insurance that I already have and no sense of care of customers or whatsoever. They wouldn’t contact me through any other means although they collected all ky personal information at the visit that the mail for billing. We changed the addresses and since they were only using mail to contact we never had a bill and eventually it went to collections which could have been easily avoided had they called us. I asked why they didn’t call or email and the response was she don’t know. Ridiculous and would never visit them again.

I hardly ever leave one-star reviews. To say I'm disappointed in their scheduling is an understatement. I've been rescheduled already 2 TIMES and today after taking off of work for the day I showed up and was told they had left me a voicemail to reschedule AGAIN (which is not true). If you can't take appointments stop taking on new clients. I'm out a day of work and now pushed back again getting the help I need.

This practice has helped make significant improvements to my health.

Dr. Ginsberg was able to completely correct a major sinus issue that had been plaguing me, and now I feel better than I have in a long time

I also needed my hearing adjusted and the audiologist made significant improvements to it, and took the time to help me get custom ear plugs ordered

Mark ginsburg did my surgery and the results were more then disappointing. I will never go back to him or recommend anyone to his office.

Please do not go here subpar treatment. I would rate them negative zero, Dr Feehery was not responsive. My results sat for a week and if I didn’t call he would have not reviewed them. Then 30 calls in and not even a single response. This place and the workers should be closed/fired. I have filed a complaint with the insurance company. Karma is all I can say…

The NICEST staff ever! Dr. Briskin took the time to sit with me and explain my results and answer every question I had. When I called for a question the staff was very prompt at getting back to me, and they even apologized profusely for putting me on hold (which I did not mind, I understand how busy offices are)
