Dr. Paisner was so good. I get anxiety with the mention of the word dentist, let alone root canal. No pain, no discomfort and she explained everything as she was performing the root canal. She was super kind even to the assistant. I highly reccommend!

Great experience. Took the time to explain thing, made sure I was comfortable. The interactions between dentist and assistant were respectful and kind.

I just had a root canal after first having a consult a few weeks earlier where everything is explained and concerns can be shared. Staff is super nice and goes out of way to make you comfortable as possible. Dr. Paisner is excellent, communicates exactly what is going on during process. Also uses all newest technique, nothing like root canals from years ago. No pain involved. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kohli is wonderful! She has so much experience and plotted out a course of treatment for my abcess tooth and subsequent root canal. She will continue to follow my progress over the next year or so to ensure that the bone cells in my jaw grow back.

Dr. Kohli & her team made the most unpleasant experience (root canal) as pleasant as possible! I had a terrible experience years ago with another dentist & dreaded this procedure if ever needed again.
They made sure I was totally comfortable & numb so it was pain free! The process they take to ensure patient comfort is amazing & seem to use the latest technologies/protocols to reduce noise & miscellaneous distractions. Very sterile & clean which are obviously so important in this environment!

Dr Nora Paisner performed a root canal on me last week. She was so kind and compassionate. I had a root canal before and my biggest problem was having to keep my mouth open for a long time. I had bilateral TMJ surgery and keeping my mouth open for long periods of time can be painful. When I expressed my concern to her she allowed me to take breaks between parts of the procedure and that really helped. Also I took 2 ibuprofen before I left my house. I've told several friends about my wonderful experience and they said if ever they need a root canal they will come to Dr Paisner. The whole office staff from receptionist to hygienist are warm and welcoming. Thanks all for a very positive experience.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this practice is! I've had several great experiences with them and this latest proved to be true again. Dr. Nora Paisner performed my root canal and it was painless. She kept me informed each step of the way and made me feel comfortable. I can’t tell you how anxious I was learning that I needed a root canal! From the moment I walked into the Gilbertsville office my anxiety started to subside, then when I met Dr. Paisner any anxiety I had left was gone. She was very professional explaining everything that would happen and answered any questions I had no matter how ridiculous they may have been. I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever during my procedure. I had to return for a second visit and that went just a smooth. I highly recommend Dr Paisner and staff

This is a follow-up to the viewers, on this page. I contacted the office to inform them that I still had a hole in my tooth, since the packing the surgeon put in fell right out, the next day, I received nothing but, unprofessional behavior, and when I called and spoke to Linda, to tell her of the instrument that was left in my tooth by their surgeon, in which was discovered by my NEW DENTIST, SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE! I'm now required to remove the tooth entirely since it's affecting my health at this point. If you are truly into getting the proper care and want to save your teeth! This office is not the place to go! SMH the office tried to Solicit, their special, "3-D x-ray" that shows more issues with the teeth, than the ones the dental insurance covers. But, the patient has to come out of pocket! Which is. $300! It's all about MONEY! The office could have put me in sooner, to complete my root canal. However, they didn't put the patient's health first. I took my time to write this section review, to warn others of my horrible experiences. I also question these 5-star reviews. Like if the office asked the patient to write a review. This is an honest review from a patient who has been wronged and went through a painful procedure to save something that now really can't be done, thanks to them!

Hearing all of these horror stories about how painful root canals are made me very anxious about getting one done as well as seeing an endodontist for the first time. I was even considering just having the tooth pulled.

Thanks to the excellent work by Nora Paisner and staff it ended up being no worse than a visit for a standard filling for a cavity. She thoroughly explained the process showing what was going to be done with x-rays throughout the procedure. She really is deserving of the title “the tooth saver”.

Do not go there if you have an emergency. Maybe they are good, but we were not able to get appointment for a month with infection and antibiotics prescribed by regular dentist. A month! Antibiotics did the work for a week, but a week later it started worse! Now on another set of very strong antibiotics and oral surgery for removing the infected bone, pulling 2! Front teeth, lots of pain and huge cost (we have insurance). If they would listen to us right the way, and take us the next day we will be able to avoid all that. Now what! This is awful! They do not listen at all, we called multiple times to schedule appointment earlier. They just ignored us, until I said we will pull the tooth at home. Horrible!
