I could never thank Dr. Melanie Martel and her staff enough. They are all friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Martel is honest, kind and extremely gentle. I have seen her numerous times, and had wonderful experiences every time, from start to finish. Excellent Doctor.

I saw Dr Melanie Martel Wednesday. She was condescending and dismissive. She barely examined me. Doctor Martel sent me out of the office telling me I needed crowns and if I was still in pain in 6 weeks then we'd consider root canal. I trusted my gut and got a second opinion this morning. This morning I had an emergency root canal. If I had followed Dr Martel's advice I would have sealed in an infection that was starting to spread which could have lead to sepsis or worse. I'm immunocompromised which she was aware of. She put my life in danger. Dr Martel needs to go back to school. Please do not go here.

As everyone has said, Dr. Martel is excellent as well as her entire staff! I can’t say enough:).

My son is terrified of any dental work needing to be done. He needed multiple root canals done and Dr. Martel and her staff were wonderful. He felt no pain, he was made as comfortable as possible and had his root canals done without anxiety. Dr. Martel is an amazing endodontist! She is very professional, so kind, and extremely skilled at what she does. She performed a root canal on me today saving the crown I had and making the experience seemless. She is beyond excellent at what she does and shes makes you feel so comfortable the entire time she treats you. She offers such respect and shares with you what she is doing every step of the way! I have used this practice several times and every endodontist there has been excellent. Thank you!

I’ve had three root canals elsewhere and they only required one x-ray before a root canal which is covered by insurance. This facility requires you have a $300 x-ray that isn’t covered by insurance AND it isn’t necessary because they also do a bite-wing x-ray and an inter oral x-ray, only one of which is covered by insurance. Cost of initial visit charged to my insurance company before any root canal work is allowed, $475. That is much, much higher than other endodontists in the area. Watch for unnecessary work and charges that are not covered by insurance, especially if you are a senior on SS.

Dr Martel is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what she does.i wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth, no one wants a root canal but I know I am in good hands with her! The office is also very clean, organized, and helpful!

Dr Martel was amazing. Informative, gentle, paitent and very knowledgeable. I've had so many root canals and dental issues in the past due to genetic issues but also just bad dental providers. I was referred to Dr Martel by my general dentist (whom is the only person I trust, took me 25 yrs to find her). She was able to perform a re-treatment to save my tooth and avoid a dental implant. I was not aware that this was even an option for me based on the condition of my tooth, I was resigned to being told I needed another implant. The technology and equipment they have in the office was essential to ensuring only necessary treatments for me. Dr Martel was clearly focused on saving my tooth and being honest about what I needed to do to maintain the results post procedure. I was comfortable during the entire process and felt like the best care was being given. She took her time but it was a short procedure based on the outcome of my particular situation. Dr Martel is magic! The office is so nice, calming and all the staff are incredible. I highly recommend their services!

It's been 4 days since my root canal, and I'm still in excruciating pain. I can't function with this pain. My tooth now needs to be extracted and will cost me about $3500 for an implant. The oral surgeon could not even extract it today due to the pain I have. I need to be sedated to have it removed. Had to go to the ER today for pain management. I had no pain before this root canal. Seems like everyone had a great experience, but unfortunately, I can't say the same. I already had anxiety about going to the dentist, and this just made it worse.

Dr Martel explained everything before she began and also while she was doing the root canal. She continually made sure I was ok. She did an excellent job and I would recommend Dr Martel to everyone.

I, Susan, have had a few root canals done in my lifetime, but none as pain free and pleasant as the one I had here by Dr. Martel! I was so worried going into this procedure today, but had I known how everything would turn out, I had nothing to worry about! Dr. Martel explains everything in detail with a very calming approach. I highly recommend coming to this location and having Dr. Martel do your root canal if you're ever in need of one.

Dr. Martell and the staff are amazing. Office is clean and bright. Everyone had a smile. Dr. Martell took time to listen to my concerns and worked a plan around them so I felt safe and heard. Most pleasant dentistry visit I’ve ever had. I almost cried from having such a beautiful experience. I highly recommend to anyone who is unsure of obtaining care, this team is the team for you.
