(The Media location was present during the COVID pandemic and immediately took action to provide treatment by telehealth. They researched all the requirements while we incorporated the new billing process. They were one of the very first providers that incorporated telehealth services while numerous other treatment centers closed their doors. A time in which mental health and substance abuse peaked, Providence Treatment Center was working hard to make sure their patients had safe access to treatment.)

Our company has personally worked with Providence Treatment Center and Gabe Lau for over seven years. Gabe Lau and his staff take an honest, ethical, and knowledgeable approach to treating mental health and substance abuse for professionals. They are amazing and care so much about the patients and families. Gabe is always concerned about the cost associated with treatment and works hard to limit all out of pocket expenses. Gabe has worked diligently to get in-network with all payers to lower the cost and make treatment affordable.

I appreciate many aspects of the treatment program at Providence. So many professionals are in need of treatment and don’t resonate with the normal mental health and substance abuse programs. They are highly educated professionals who need specialized care with other professionals. I see people heal there, not only the clients but families as well. The program is designed with immense knowledge and unrivaled compassion! At Providence I see results and I love that our company gets to be a part of the healing process that so many people desperately need.

I am the daughter of an addict. My Dad was a doctor who lost everything due to his addiction. I would do anything to have Providence Treatment Center around twenty five years ago. It has been therapeutic for me to see all the people they have helped.

I was hired by Providence during the COVID Pandemic as a Telehealth Therapist. I am so fortunate to have had the experience of working with the Director Bill Heran, and the rest of the staff. I have never experienced the high level of Clinical Supervision, support, staff communication, and generosity of additional education from any agency I have worked with. I am disappointed that the insurance and state rules are returning to pre-covid policies. Providence is a place that I would be happy to work for in the future as the need develops. Susan R.
