PSCo Philly, Philadelphia PA

We've lived at a PSCo property now for about four months. We've found the company to be responsive, engaged, enthusiastic and realistic in their delivery. The products they manage are well maintained and beautiful. The staff is incredible from front desk, regional manager to leadership. Over four months, we've met much of the team even without expecting it! As long as we rent and live in the same area of Philly, I will look to stay with PSCo and love their involvement in small businesses both locally or of their tenants. I honestly thought I was the crazy one (based on other philadelphia properties I've lived at) thinking a property management company could be 'human' and still be effective. PSCo, so far has made me convinced I'm still sane: D

Beyond the comfort of my apartment and the great front desk staff, it's the friendships I have cultivated within the building that truly make this place unique. The sense of community here is unparalleled, with neighbors who have become lifelong friends. Whether it's impromptu gatherings in shared spaces or organized social events, there are always opportunities to connect and create lasting memories.

I've never had an easier experience renting an apartment before, and I've moved every year for about six years. Especially in Philly, you can find really sketchy landlords that will take advantage you. I worked with Reuben and Nate renting one of the apartments on Baring St.and they were always upfront, responsive, and accommodating with all of my requests. They were honest with me, and in turn I felt like I could be honest with them. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anybody looking to rent in Philly.

I lived at the Fairmount@Brewerytown (Now Storehouse) for approximately 3yrs and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with apartment living.
Most of the tenants were young-adult professionals in which I enjoyed.
The building staff would often host gatherings which was great for Networking.
The front desk staff was always attentive (sometimes too attentive) lol
Overall, I had really positive experience living here and I’ve remain friends with many people I met there.

We have absolutely loved the opportunity to live within a locally owned, operated company. We felt not only did they value us as a tenant, but helped to knit the fabric of the community as it was undergoing changes. We valued deeply the staff at Poth. They created a welcoming a family atmosphere for us. Thank you for the PsCo family for our time in Philadelphia.

Erik is really the best. He goes the extra mile to take care of all of his tenants, and is extremely responsive to any problem / issue you may have. I’ve had the best experience here and really appreciate all of the staff, especially Erik and Soul.

I lived in the StoreFront Lofts in Brewerytown for 2 years. I thought the rents were reasonable considering the AMAZING city skyline views I got to enjoy every day. The rooftop pool is smallish but perfect for floating, and the huge deck is perfect for lounging, watching the sunrise/sunset, and enjoying a bit of quiet outside at any time of the year. Rooftop dog park during a snowstorm is incredibly convenient. The in-building gym has everything you need, and if not there's a fitness center just around the corner (next to the yummy new food hall). The front desk concierge service meant I never lost a single mail package to porch pirates in 2 years, and I always got a friendly hello every morning! Oh, and garage parking is an option if you need it! It's really a lot of bang for your buck in this neighborhood.

Loved my time at Storehouse Lofts, and couldn’t be happier with the staff. Everything was always taken care of in a timely fashion, and everyone is super kind and friendly. Would highly recommend any of PSCO’s properties!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the PSCo building for 3 years. Jen Grant, the property manager, has always been a pleasure to talk with about any issues and they are always very quick to resolve. All the staff that they hire is always very nice and helpful. Their Civic building is also pretty well taken care of and I had very minimal issues. I definitely recommend living here.

I recently just moved in to the Vestry Lofts. I am truly impressed and beyond satisfy.

Soul was my realtor that I working with and he was phenomenal. He was punctual, very professional and went out of his way to accommodate my request.

The property manager Reuben has been great as well. Very responsive and just all around great person to work with.

Overall, this was a wonderful experience and place to be in. Very pleased with my choice.

It's been ~1yr since my move-in and the PSCo Philly team has been the easiest and most responsive that I have interacted with, I'm grateful for this crowd and the unique properties they manage. The building staff are kind souls and have always been helpful and successful in resolving any maintenance requests I had. I recommend them without hesitation!

Tom and Kayla were so helpful with me finding the right unit and for the right price! They were very patient with me and very nice and knowledgeable overall about the property.they also answered every email or phone call.they were really available and made the leasing process easy! I cannot wait to move in

I am one of Storehouse Lofts happy new residents! From my tour, to my lease, to my move-in, PSCo was professional, timely, and friendly creating the warmest welcome into their community. I am constantly seeing them make purposeful improvements to the building and cannot wait to enjoy each and every one of them — especially the rooftop dog park and pool area!

PSCo Philly have had poor communication with me regarding my security deposit after taking over the apartment building I used to live in for the past 3 months with no explanation. I have called and sent multiple emails and voicemails that have still not yet been returned. I am still being charged rent in the AppFolio app, despite requesting on multiple occasions to have it be reflected in the app that I moved out at the end of June this year.

Update: After posting this review, PSCo Philly reached out to send me my full deposit.
