Public Defenders Office, Lancaster PA

My fiancé has been incarcerated at SCI Chester for a year and a half with no hearing for a dui, no one else involved. He has a public defender named, Gabriel Griffith. Gabriel and his supervisor Christopher Tallarico ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT return my phone calls or my Mother in Laws phone calls for MONTHS now. He also will not get him a court date, he just keeps scheduling and rescheduling status conference hearings. He has spoke to my fiancé 1 time in August, so 9 months ago, since he’s been his public defender. Horrible service!

Dishonesty, callous indifference and criminal incompetence describes the Public Defender's Office! Note: My apologies to the precious few, who might be the exception (s)!

I understand the PDs office gets some bad flack. Id the explain my experience dealing with a curtain PD within the Lancaster PDs office. My brother found himself having charges wrongfully brought against him. Charges since have bin dropped. A super big shout out goes to Ms. Adriana Scotto from there office. If your loved one finds themselves in a situation and cant afford private representation do what you can to have Ms. Adriana Scotto as their representation. She took time out her day to fill me in on everything that went into getting the charges against my brother dropped. So a big big THANK YOU goes out to her. Please stay as a defense attorney, normal folks need attorneys like Ms. Scotto! Thank you again!
