Annie was helpful, professional, friendly and quick. The storage unit is cool and clean. So far, so good.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good friendly clean place to store their things. I had needed help with downloading the Public Storage app and Annie helped me out with that. I would give this place 10 stars but they only allowed 5 lol. This is a great place

I’ve been renting a unit from public storage for about 2 years with a family member of mines and in the beginning it was a okay place to have your items stored My mindset on this place has changed completely the up keep on the property is Impeccable for the past couple of months this place has been scrubbed cleaned The workers are so hard-working very polite there is one woman I go to with all my problems and needs and I’m never disappointed! Her name is Annie and she is awesome sorry to say but I really was never was taken care of by anyone else in the store I didn’t bother to ask any other employee for anything as sometimes it seems like they’re having a bad day. I am always greeted by Annie I never have a problem with anything that I need she’s always on top to provide me the best service and after being with this company for two years this has been The best experience I’ve had with them every time I go in and she’s alway in so if you ever need help 100% ask for Annie!

This is location is great and the staff especially Kaelyn is very nice and helpful. Any questions and issues I have her and her manager are able to assist.

Terrible, the person working would not even acknowledge customers. UPDATE. I did receive a call from the district manager (TJ?). He was very apologetic and said they had a call out and a scheduled virtual training.

Absolutely horrible customer service. These girls must have paid their friends to give them good reviews. Not one of them was helpful in any way. My unit was destroyed by the store manager so I cannot open it and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. For the love of God if you need a storage unit please go somewhere else.

Amazing experience. The staff were very nice and patient. Its unfortunate they are working inside with no heat. I had to come outside to cool off. Public storage needs to take better care of their employees.

I recently rented a 10' x 10' space at the Public Storage at Castor Avenue and Aramingo in Philadelphia. The customer service I received from Marquita D, Marquita (there are two Marquitas) and Kaelyn was excellent. They helped me find exactly what I needed, and I got a great space close to the door. They were friendly, professional, and I could not ask for better customer service.

Desiree, Kaelyn, Crystal were extremely helpful, descriptive in their policies and operations. They helped me find the unit that was perfect for me! I know I am in good hands at this storage facility.

OMG, today i was in such a rush to buy boxes and bubble wrap so i could pack for my new apartment. I came in with such a nasty attitude but these girls in the store Desiree and Kaelyn were extremely nice to me and calmed me down.they were so funny and cool I truly appreciate their kindness. I highly recommend people going to this location.

They have some great customer service. I recommend anyone to come rent a storage unit from this facility. Marquita, Desiree & Nicole have very nice attitude and we’re very professional and helped me out with everything I needed help with. I had a great experience.
