Public Storage, Philadelphia PA

This is not a good place to do business with. I paid for one month's storage. I canceled my storage on Jan. 3,2023 in person. The following week I received a bill and a late fee for a mistake that a worker made who failed to cancel my account the prior week. I had to pay $186.00 to close out my account. I explained my situation to the worker, but she did not cancel the bogus charges applied due ti the mistake of her coworker. This location and the workers robbed me of my money. Do not do business with them.

I cannot say enough good things about Crystal the property manager from Public Storage on Ridge Ave!
I wasn’t 100% content with the unit I got (only because when I brought my stuff inside I had to go through a little hallway door & the push cart didn’t fit easily through that door), so when I called and told her that, she told me to come in and showed me other units and let me take videos to help me take a decision, and after helped me out with everything I needed to do in order to get the right unit for me.

I came in to this location and got the amazing pleasure of dealing with Crystal and her amazing customer service. She went above and beyond to express every option of what was available to me and even gave me a tour to see what the facility looked like and if it would be a good fit for what I needed. That type of customer service is what makes you feel like you are appreciated more than just a customer. Thank you again Crystal!

I just wanted to say that I had the best rental experience with this location. The manager Shawn Brown was magnificent with his customer service and helping with me with all the questions I had. I was a little skeptical at first but he just made everything go so smooth and I just really appreciate him taking his time and helping me through the process. If I ever rent storage again, I’ll definitely come back to this location. Shawn your the best man!

I was very much pleased with the service crystal provided with me today, been having a rough week and she made my morning with the help she greatly provided for me today. It’s the little things that count and the blessings in disguise!

The service here is amazing! Whenever I call or am on site looking for assistance, I'm always greeted with kindness and I receive the best help. Keisha, specifically has been the person whom I've come into contact with most. Her customer service and attention to detail is excellent! If ever I need a place to store my belongings, I would definitely come to this storage facility first and ask for Keisha.

I had a great experience with this place. Crystal was always available to answer my questions, and was both friendly and professional. I got a great deal on a one month rental of a large space. It was just right for the time we needed in between moves. I would highly recommend it, and it’s also just down the road from an excellent U-Haul place, also on Rodge Avenue.

I had a great Encounter with one of thier associates I believe her name crystal she was lovely seem Responsible and encourage me that my things will be safe and secure until I need them

Stopped at the Public Storage on Ridge to get some moving supplies and was greeted by Keisha who helped me pick out all the supplies that I needed she had to go to the back to get them but she carried them to my car and even helped put them in my car for me as I am pregnant I appreciated her help and her kindness.

Love the low price but would havebeen helpful if and staff actually showed me where my units were.even a map in email would have been nice.

Stopped by today to this location to take a look at two different size units and Crystal took her time explaining to me the prices and the process of moving in. She was great and I definitely will be back to store here!

This is hell and where all people that live in hell are. There is no customer service, no one answers the phone, no refunds, lies, deciet, and staff that flood units on purpose. I have white mold all over my things bc I rented here

This is my third time storing here and i must say I love coming here because I am always being treated with with nothing but great customer service. Crystal is so excellent and couldn't ask for any better service.

Came today to purchase some small boxes because I am moving and I was greeted by crystal who was super friendly and and got me in and out quickly. She has very great customer service.

Great storage spot one of their associates named crystal marie help me out was very professional and knowledgeable made it simple for me to move and trust that my thing would be self and secured

First I like til say. Crystal is amazing workers very outgoing well spoken respectful employee. Need more people like her. Thanks for public service.

Expect a minimum $50.00 raise in rent every 6 months. And while I was there they cut access hours by 3 hours per day. They definitely have a theft issue, people breaking into units. Maybe it's the homeless living in units. So yes it makes sense to cut assess hours giving those living in there more time to break into units with no way to get caught.
Tip: to cut down on break-ins you should have 24 hour access. Believe it or not this would cut down on theft because the possibility of getting caught is now there.
Now you gave them unrestricted free range.

Crystal was an extremely helpful with my difficult aunt. Perfectly polite. I would absolutely rate her as a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXTRAORDINAIRE!

Came today to inquire about a small unit. I was greeted by the young lady at the desk Crystal Marie who kindly answered all my questions. I will be planning on coming to store here very soon to put my sons dorm furniture here. Very friendly environment.

Completed all my paper work online, came into the office because I couldn’t find my unit. Crystal took her time out to show me where it is located and was also able to let me use a dolly to help me move my items in much quicker. Very great place.
