Public Storage, Glen Mills PA

Called the Glen mills pa site inquiring about a site and Holly was more then helpful and went out of her way to help me any way she could. Will definitely be in to rent a space all bc of holly and her outstanding customer service

I have been a Public Storage Customer since 2010 at different locations. I truly recommend this facility because of the workers such as Carter and previous workers truly care about the customer experience and go above and beyond to ensure that they can assist you with your storage needs. The facility is always clean inside and outside. The handcarts are functional along with their elevators. Thank You Public Storage

This place since the pandemic has raised my rent so high, I can no longer afford it! I don’t understand how this is even possible! I’ve tried calling corporate several times, I can’t get one person on the phone! If these policies were explained to me, I would have never put my belongings in this place! Everyone is out to rob you theses days

Kris was super helpful and very honest with us when we were looking for storage space. She even accommodated my mom and I when we thought we may need a larger storage unit. Customer service was amazing. And the units were very clean as well.

What a great experience on Valentine's Day so I went to take some stuff to my unit.at the end of the day I stop in the office where Kris was there. She approach me at the front door with a great greeting cookie's and a chocolate rose.
All I can say that made my day and
most of all the office and yard was cleaned she a very hard work always on the moving.very helpful in every aspect to this company every question was on point.she's a keeper public storage

Kris found me a space immediately. She was professional and accommodating from then on, and her patience with me was very much warming.

I was looking for a storage unit in my area and came across Public storage. The facility looked very nice, clean, and well maintained. I called and I talked to a very nice lady named Kris and she was very informative about the units and pricing.

We are in the process of moving and need to rent storage space for a little while. We found this location and visited to get a feel for it and Kris couldn't have been more helpful! She walked us through everything we needed to know and even helped us when I hit a major snag while signing up. She's the best! The location is very nice and easy to get to.

Kris was awesome! She took the time to explain the sizes of each of the units, plus walked around to show us the different storage units. She explained everything clearly and was very professional…. We will be storing here for a while thanks to Kris!

It’s never easy to lose a family member but Kris made it a little easier in explaining the process of taking over the unit. MAKE SURE U HAVE A DEBIT CARD THAT LET U KNOW UR EVERY TRANSACTION BECAUSE THE WAS TRYING TO STEAL MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND GOT $50 THE FIRST TRY AND MADE UP A LIE AND HAD SOMEONE CALL MY PHONE WHEN I SENT THEM A EMAIL EVERYTIME THEY WAS TRYING TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT I CAUGHT EM BE AWARE OF PUBLIC STORAGE ON WILMINGTON PIKE GLENN MILLS

I am moving out of state, and reserved storage units at my new location. However, the move-in date was wrong on one of my units, and I was told to stop in at a location here to sign paperwork to change my move-in date. I went to the location in Glenn Mills today, and met with Bria, who made several attempts to get the computer to make the change, called the customer service people, and eventually worked out how to make the change. Great service for a person not even renting here. Many thanks to Bria!

This place is wonderful. The facility is clean, easy to access, and the staff is friendly. I had a very positive experience working with Kris, the manager. Highly recommend~!
