The access to the units on the inside of the facility through the loading area had a double 2in curb. The cart they provided can't go into the space without lifting the cart over the curb and that is counter productive!

The women at the front desk (Maria I think) is without a doubt the nicest customer service person I have ever worked with. Too nice!
