Great place to park if you're doing some shopping on College Ave. The prices are very reasonable.

What can I say it's a parking garage however it is free to park here on the 4th of July.

Such a scam. We tried to leave the garage but it said invalid ticket because the date and time were wrong from the actual time that we were in the garage. Because of the “lost”, ticket we had to pay an EIGHTEEN DOLLAR FEE. Mind you, we are broke college students. The man helping us was very dismissive and didn’t listen to what we had to say. PLEASE AVOID HERE OR YOU’LL GET SCAMMED TOO!
