Pugliese Brothers Italian Sausage, Harrisburg PA

I called Pugliese to ask for help gathering a box of items for a friend who had just moved into town. Linda was extremely helpful, working with the team to create a wonderful collection of Italian foods to welcome my friend to town. Well worth a visit or a call.

Seems like a nice group of people and I feel bad giving them 2 stars but their sausages, which is what they are known for, just aren't very good, and since there really isn't much else going on here I can only really review it based on the sausage. It's very bland, honestly the sweet & hot were very similar, no heat to the hot at all honestly. They had a strange texture also. First thing my wife said was the taste & texture is like Al Fresco Chicken Sausage which obviously isn't good.

This place is amazing! Whenever I’m in town, I can’t wait to get the dry pasta from Italy. I'm excited to try some of the frozen pasta they have now from Philly! Their imported cheese, olives, sopressata, and pepperoni doesn’t get any better. And the staff is so warm and helpful. I always look forward to going!

This is life-changing sausage. I've never had sausage with such a perfect flavor and texture until I had Pugliese Bros.and I grew up with Italian sausage! I've told friends about it and even gifted a pack of their frozen hot sausage. It's run by a wonderful family who really knows their stuff, and a friendly staff. Highly, highly recommended. (I love putting it in a slow cooker with a jar of sauce and sliced peppers and onions, then eating on a steak roll.and by the way they get fresh rolls in from Philly!)

The Pugliese Brothers is the real deal if you love authentic Italian foods. An absolute delight! I love to follow them on social media to see what they just got in.

Can’t say enough goods things about this shop! The sausage is amazing and homemade, you can’t find homemade Italian sausage in the central PA area! I was referred from a friend to check it out and sure glad I did. It is my go to for Italian goods and for entertaining family and friends.

Every time we are in the area, we stop by for some of the sausage, which you can’t get anywhere else and some of the pasta. We love this place and pack a cooler to bring the food back to NY. Excellent sausage and products.

Could you tell me if you sell Fresh Ricotta cheese? And if you don't, do you know where I can buy it? I live in Mt. Joy. Don't really want to drive all the way to Philly to get fresh ricotta cheese. Thanks.

Pugliese has delicious fresh sausage and a selection of Itailan foods. We picked up some sweet sausage links, an olive medley, and a new cheese. The cheese is somewhere in between a provolone and a mozzerella.

Friendly staff. And great quality things. Their homemade sausage is outstanding. No matter which temp you pick. And the fresh olives are awesome. My daughter loves the cheese filled olives. Have been there a few times and plan to go back again and again.

My Dad grew up in Steelton and remembers your family's sausage from his childhood. We stopped in yesterday for the first time and he called me to say he had some last night and it was just like he remembered. We'll be back!

Finally there's an Italian specialty store in the area, where I can get imported cheese, pasta and olives.and bread from Philly!
