I’m terrified of needles but my physical therapist recommended giving acupuncture a try for fibromyalgia, long term back & neck pain & migraines & I was willing to try anything to get relief. I’ve been seeing Karie for a few months and am pleasantly surprised with the wide range of improvements I’m feeling! Karie is very knowledgeable & through in what she does while also being gentle & understanding about my concerns through the process. I’ve sworn by massage for years but thanks to Karie I’m quickly finding the benefits of acupuncture are surpassing those of massage!

Went for acupuncture. Phenomenal experience! There is parking on the side of the building that says it's for Davis chiropractic. You can park there or you can park on the side of the streets.

I am approaching my 3rd year Purple Sage acupuncture anniversary. It is time to share how important and beneficial my journey has been.

For 20 plus years, I had terrible headaches coming up the back of my head. In my teenage years, I fell off horses on more than one occasion hitting my head hard. The result is no curve in my neck.
Conventional medicine worked temporarily.

Bad experience for me. Was receiving treatment for a couple months and things were going well. Then out of no where she shocked me and it was terrible.
She did whoever give me the next several visits for free to try and correct whatever she did to cause it but, that didn't work.
And my neurosurgeon told me to stop right away.
I don't know what she did to me but I can not in good faith recommend her.
I still to this day have issues from the shock I received.

Karie is an amazingly compassionate person. I know she genuinely wants to help me with my health and my life. I've never done accupuncture before so I don't have a comparison, but based on everything else about her I assume it's top-notch. She also does some massage on you, which is honestly amazing. If you are experienced with accupuncture I'm sure you will be impressed and if you've never gone, Karie at Purple Sage is definitely a great place to start. 100% recommendation without hesitation.
