QDOBA Mexican Eats, Jenkintown PA

Unwilling staff, they didn't even pay attention to what I was saying! Food looked like it was microwaved, tasteless and disgusting

I had this shimp dish that was really good it was really fresh. The steak was absolutely perfect.

Steak was again burnt and not good. I don't know what they are doing but it should not taste like cardboard and be hard, steak should be soft.

The guy making everyone's order was miserable! Staff couldn't handle the rush that developed while 1 employee was in the floor. Their throwing food into bowls. I should have left when the guy 2 people behind me left. Yes 2 people behind me ordered, paid and left before me.

This should never happen
Stores are charging more and giving you garbage for your money
Tried to reach out to them and all I received is a email stating that they have a high volume of calls and that they will get back to me

The staff took a little while trying to hear what I saying about "how" I wanted my food. Not sure if it was ;because, of loud noises in background, due to construction being done outside the store. This was the one on CityLine Avenue here in Philly. They could not make it simple on how to order food.for some reason. I think "they" think everyone eats the same thing. Someone needs to them. Americans don't all eat the "same" thing.lol Sounds crazy; but, sooooo true. However, the food was fresh and hot.

Went while waiting for my wife, I figured I'd give it a try. First impression lantern flies all over the entrance walked in employees acted like they didn't want to be there. I had their steak and shrimp they were both dry and tasteless, the rice was horrible and so were the beans, they need to get their act together

We have eaten at this Qdoba for years, and have had several poor experiences over the past year. Tonight's experience takes the cake, and has caused us to vow to never eat at this restaurant again. It seems like there is an intense lack of management occurring at the site. We walked into the store and no one was behind the counter, the entire Stagg was gathered around a table eating pizzas. It took more than a minute for employees to get to their post and begin taking our order. There was no fajita veggies, no pico, and the meal presentation was horrid. My daughter's quesadilla was completely unrecognizable.see picture below. Not to mention, in past visits, as I entered with my 5 year old, 11 year old, and 12 year old the most vulgar music was playing over the speakers, no one turned it down or off, forcing my children to hear such terrible music. This site needs true leadership. I would like a refund for the nearly 60 dollars that i spent tonight.

A few co-workers and I ordered from this establishment this week, and I wish I had read the reviews before spending my money. The food was bland, no flavor, and the chicken barley taste like meat. We all ended up throwing our foods away, and having to find lunch elsewhere during our shift. This is the first and LAST time I will eat at a Qdoba. PLEASE avoid this place like the plague. I would not even feed my cat from there.

Mobile Order: First time customer. Waited so long for an incomplete order. They were disorganized, slow, and no customer communication. Haven't even eaten yet but very disappointed. Back to Chipotle I go!

I had superior service at the Jenkintown location. The staff accommodated my special order. The General Manager was there and he made sure the service was excellent.

My friend said the food was disgusting. The place was dirty and the food looked old and reused. The cheese around the container was old and crusty. The liquids inside the peppers looked like they were just refilled but not cleaned. Asked what was in the Rice he said cilantro. But the rice looked old. The bar looked unkempt around each container. She threw the whole thing away after one bite and said it wasn't fresh. I wouldn't recommend going here until they change it

This location has the worse food and the worse employees. The food is garbage! Like who prepares this food? Seriously! The food is never fresh! The food that I received was burnt, dry and taste as if had been sitting all day and I went to lunch at 1: 00pm. I ordered an impossible bowl. Why was it served burnt and lukewarm with too much cilantro? If I order what is displayed on the display board, why are you asking me what do I want in it? Don’t you know what’s on the display board that you have posted? If I don’t want something in it that’s posted, I know how to open my mouth to say I don’t want it! Where do you get these employees from? Oh and the one employee (Hispanic woman with glasses) who I’ve seen there on several occasions, what is up with her attitude? Whatever happen to service with a smile.not an attitude, as if we’re infringing on her time. You chose that job! So if you have an attitude because you don’t like the job and what it entails then you should find somewhere else to work. I had stopped going to Qdoba for a while but I will never go there again, ever! A waste of my money and my time!

The place was dirty, rundown, understaffed, and the food quality was just average at best. Not as good as it used to be. Shame
