7They are good when I go in store, but on uber eats they will mess your food up & its very hard to get compensated or a refund.
The food and service was great highly recommend they were really neat and clean as well
I went in today to get food, a customer accused me of intentionally bumping into her and gets smart with me and starts an argument and threatens with me violence and the store employees just allowed it to escalate and didn't stop her from threatening me, I couldn't even have a meal because this store allows threats of violence, this is a bad store and gets 1 star and thumbs down, bad service and hostile environment for consumers to come in and get a meal, I know it's not the best part of the neighborhood but I would hope Qdoba would uphold some sort of standards.
Great Customer Service and kept their Composure and When Uber eats was loud and wrong
Food wasn't fresh, looked like it's been out all day the staff had attitudes and were rude they didn't have forks available, was restaurant doesn't have forks available but only spoons they could really use a chef Gordon Ramsay kitchen nightmares renovation.
The store female manger called me a Muslim and she hates Muslims she told me she was calling her baby dad to the store to shoot me I felt so unsafe
I just had the most pleasant experience here at the broad st location. Shout out to Tanaya, Amani, and Natalie (I think I got their names right lol) They were very welcoming and made me laugh.
