QDOBA Mexican Eats, Bala Cynwyd PA

Could be cleaner, everything needs a good cleaning, especially the sneeze guard, looks like it was wiped down with a dirty rag.

The woman manager there is on point. Thank you all for a wonderful dine- in experience.
And yes, I ate it all, lol.

Trying to convert my husband from Chipotle. They forgot half of our order. We’re not off to a good start…

Food was horrible. I asked for mild chicken and everything on my burrito was spicy and just nasty.

Came there for an impossible Bowl at 8: 00 on a Wednesday. Prep Area was very dirty old food in the area. No one was wiping down after preparing an order. No one cared about cross-contamination. Even the cheese container had lettuce mixed in with it. Cashier was very rude after I asked her to let her co-workers know to wipe down the prep area she ignored me and did not relay the message I called and spoke to the manager who assured me that they were going to fix it.

Well I go in there all the time but this time my food was getting rushed and my chicken bowl with soggy for some reason

I llllllllooooovvvveeeee this place especially this location. They are so friendly and very attentive when making orders. They will upsale you in a minute so be careful. But it's all good cuz if u get updated your dish will most likely be very hardy and delicious.

Food was not seasoned at all. The line preps acted rushed even though there was NO crowd. My plate was deprived of beans. The entire bowl was nothing but unseasoned rice, unseasoned veggies and unseasoned chicken. (What happened to the lime flavored white rice?)

I honestly don't know how this place has 4 stars. Food isn't made with any love at all. I literally watched the cook make a mess with the peppers for no reason.he didn't season them.dumped half of the food on the stove and floor. He was oddly uncoordinated. The food was rushed & nasty. I'd much rather Springfield. The food is great there.

Meh. My food was prepared by either a brand new employee or someone who really hates their job. I found an entire tomato stem in my bowl, which was 90% lettuce. I could have made my meal 10x better at home and next time I will. If I hadn’t ordered take out, I would’ve asked for a refund. Masks were worn below the mouth (rendering them essentially pointless) by multiple employees. Society has surpassed the need for Qdoba.

The food is good but some of the employees weren't wearing their masks and there is still a pandemic

This spot has great service as well as enjoyable food. My favourite place around here. The meals served rapidly and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely recommend this spot.

The food was horrible because the food was cold & while we was in line the manager had obviously thought that something was wrong & knew that the food was not heating up properly because while we was in line she kept putting the testing device to test the temperature to so if the food was hot the way it should be or not & obviously it was not & her & her team still decided to serve the cold food to me & my husband the customers. Our food was $30.00 & We did NOT ENJOY THE FOOD BECAUSE IT WAS COLD, SO I WOULD LIKE MY $30.00 BACK I WOULD LIKE A REFUND! ALSO I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ABOUT THIS ISSUE! THANKYOU

It's Not Bad, They Could Make Burritos A Little Better, But They Do Give Nice Portions, A Little $$!

I Will NEVER Go back to This QDoba, The service was horrible and to make matters worse The Manager was the FIRST person I encountered. "Can I help you". I gave my order and because he was serving "light"portions I requested Extra Chicken, which was a half scoop? I will Always pay for extra what EVER, but I would like to have What I pay for.

It was very busy, but the staff worked quickly and effectively to get all customers taken care of! Definitely would return back here!

Ordered a naked burrito, always just right; glad they added bacon. Took advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free entree special.

Terrific tacos made right in front of you exactly as you want with healthy portions and plenty of toppings to choose from.unlike a competitor (Taco Bell) who fill theirs with no meat and all lettuce. Will definitely frequent this restaurant!

Huge portions quality ingredients fresh good service kind employers good for east coast fast food mexican. Im gona going here. Plus they have a huge selection of toppings. Awsome

I love how everything is so easily individualized here. I can never eat all of it and have to take some home. And everything here is clean and neat and the customer service was friendly and smiley.

Usually the food is pretty good at other qdoba locations, but the customer service here is terrible. They make you feel rushed when ordering, cut you off to talk amongst themselves, and make you repeat yourself twice. Never coming here and will be discouraging others from eating here.
