Quad County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Butler PA

If I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Miller and his staff I would. They were all accommodating and kind. I’ve been to two other top rated oral surgeons in the Pittsburgh area, who did not perform as good. What I liked about Dr. Miller and his staff is they are very thorough and take the time to explain the procedure and treatment. They do not rush. Before my dental implant, Dr. Miller tested and questioned me to make sure the novocaine was working. He also called me the evening after my procedure was done to make sure I was doing fine. I never had this happen before with another oral surgeon, and this is how it should be done.

Horrible, unprofessional and unhelpful. Was recommended to come to the butler office by my orthodontist for TMJ issues. The hygienist spent the majority of the appointment taking about her own TMJ issues instead of acknowledging me, and when the doctor came in all he did was say I would be in pain forever and he couldn’t help me. Terrible bedside manner. Didn’t offer any solutions, told me to take over the counter pain meds (like I hadn’t tried that). The doctor also berated me and accused me of looking for a “quick fix” (who doesn’t want a quick fix when they’re in pain? Still, some kind of help would be nice). Probably time for him to retire. I ended up leaving the appointment in tears. Do not go here unless you want to be yelled at for trying to seek help.

Daughter had an accident at the local trampoline place-they were able to slot her in and get her checked for next steps for care. Really kind and considerate place. 5 stars for Doctor Miller

Wonderful care provided by the entire staff at Grove City. Professional, compassionate and sympathetic. I was able to get an emergency appointment the next day and left highly satisfied. I also did not have insurance and they were still able to accommodate me and accept cash payment. Highly recommend! And if I am ever in need of surgical dental care again, they will be my first and only call. Dr. Tunder was amazing!

If you want the absolute best, then look no further! Dr. Miller and his staff were outstanding in every way! They took exceptional care of my mother throughout an extensive surgical procedure, and they went above and beyond to calm her fears. I could not have asked for better care. The office is extremely professional and very efficient, and they were very accommodating with making appointments and sending appointment reminders. Dr. Miller has a superb bedside manner, and his surgical skill is unparalleled. If I could give them 100 stars I would, and I am so very grateful for the exceptional care that we received.

I had a complicated multiple extraction procedure with Dr. Miller and thanks to him and his team, the surgery was a great success. I was very happy with my treatment and decision to go to Quad County.

Unfortunately, I was in an accident and required maxillofacial surgery. I was am so grateful to everyone in this office for such wonderful, expedient concern and care! Dr. Jeff Miller did an incredible job! Can't even tell I was injured, let alone reconstruction surgery! I recommend Quad County to everyone I know!

Had a couple of wisdom teeth that had been bothering me for a long time, but was always nervous about having them removed. A friend told me to talk to Dr. Jeffrey Miller and I am kicking myself that I put the procedure off as long as I did. Dr Miller and his staff made this about as simple and painless as one could ask for. First class group that cares about their patients.

Dr. Miller and staff are true professionals in their field. He even followed up after the procedure to check on the patients status!

Very professional but also kind and gentle. Dr. Miller called me personally later that evening to check up on me to see that I was still doing well. That was very thoughtful. This was my second procedure at this center and each time it was a positive experience.

My son sat in his office for an hour with other patients, finally one of the other patients went up to the window to see how much longer and they were told the dr left the office and they needed to reschedule! Go elsewhere! They don't care! I will be contacting my dental insurance to make sure they aren't charged as well.

Dr James “Kip” miller. Is a good surgeon but has horrendous bed side manner.also is always late. If your appointments at 7, expect to be seen at 7: 30. He also doesn’t explain the procedure. So you’re walking not knowing exactly what’s happening.

After unfortunately discovering I needed a tooth pulled, best decision was going to Quad County! Dr Miller is great and Morgan was awesome.

I had a very good visit. I met two ladies that I believe we're Brenda and Lisa and they were both very nice people, however all the staff there is very professional and kind.

Very kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and they do great work. Would recommend to anyone requiring this type of work.
