Quadrant Book Mart & Coffee House reviews
19I love this place. The food is good. The books are amazing. The people are really sweet. One of my favorite places to be.
One of our favorite spots to go when my husband has a day off.the food is always fresh, and full of flavor. It's a very cozy building, and full of charm.i recommend this place to everyone
Weekends are pretty busy with a short wait time, but the food and service for brunch eats can't be beat.
Live this Coffee Shop great service.
Love the building & it's 174 Years Old!
Super cute and casual vibe. Breakfast was delish and the staff was friendly. Felt like the opposite of a chain if that makes sense - would recommend for quick yet filling eats!
Unique friendly family run dining, homie atmosphere. Like dinning in a library! You can always browse vintage book while waiting for your meal or to start conversations. Great coffee too
Such an unassuming and wonderful breakfast and lunch nook! The food is obviously made with love and the staff are so nice and accommodating! One of my favorite breakfast spots.
Quaint coffee shop /boom store with a rustic old book ambiance. Can't wait to return!
Very intimate and quaint brunch setting with a homey feel. Delicious food and beverage and friendly waitstaff. A true gem- Would highly recommend if visiting Easton!
If you know Easton you know The Quadrant. The family is a cornerstone of the community, and Jo has been serving awesome home-cooked breakfast and lunch forever, while Andy takes care of the immense book collection. Feels like home. Terrific and worth the wait.
I come whenever in town and the staff are always genial and extremely helpful. The breakfast aroma is tempting, the books are used. They have antiquarian/collectible books. The man that sells the books is upstairs on a computer usually, surrounded by heaps of books. They also seem to have a lot of clippings and images from old books that have fallen apart. I love sorting through those. It feels sort of magical & surreal. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Just overall a great experience each time.
Wife went in, she liked the setup. Ordered an iced coffee with Almond Milk. Said it tasted sour, perhaps the milk was bad but she couldn't finish it and ended up throwing it out. Ended up going to Panera for another coffee.
This was only our second time visiting but will most likely be the last. Sadly, the breakfast we ordered was just.very disappointing. The omelet was odd. The egg portion was super thin had 0% fluffiness and was lacking flavor. The French toast looked good and was a large portion. They used good bread too. Unfortunately it was beyond bland. No cinnamon, no vanilla and was not "sprinkled with powdered sugar" as stated in the menu. So it was essentially just egg, milk, and bread. Served without butter and i had to request syrup. Everything just seemed off today. Tbh, it was like the griddle must have been off until we showed up bc everything seemed like it was cooked on a griddle that was not quite hot enough. The coffee was also bitter as if it was not fresh or was overheated while brewing. I'm not sure if this was all just bc it was a slow day or a staffing issue but we left feeling regret for our choice in restaurant.
Visiting my daughter and her husband in Easton, and she knows that breakfast is my favorite meal. She suggested Quadrant Book Mart & Coffee House, and I'm wondering to myself how can this place have a good breakfast? It's a book store for goodness sake. Let me say I was pleasantly surprised.
This place is downtown in an old building, which I loved. The old wooden floors creak, and it has the smell of books... And breakfast - which I also loved. We were seated in a rear room with a wall covered with the covers of paperback books. Fantastic! And I have to mention that this is the most polite, pleasant staff I have ever had the pleasure to dine with. Ever. Seriously.
Well, our super-nice server took our order, and when my food came out I was shocked - this is a book place? I ordered the Denver Omelet, potatoes, and one plate-sized pancake. Not only was the pancake plate-sized, it was pretty darn thick too! Everything was absolutely delicious - we all enjoyed a fantastic meal... In a book place! I'll have to start taking my daughter's restaurant suggestions a bit more seriously. She picked a winner for breakfast!
If you like tranquility while having a delicious coffee and accompanied by a delicious toast, then I recommend this place
We had a relaxing and delicious lunch in the beautiful shady garden. Friendly service with a lot of great choices for breakfast or lunch.
One of my favorite places tucked away in Easton. The atmosphere is great and so is the staff. I’m hooked on the book club and the Peruvian coffee!
We always have the best experience at The Quadrant. The food is fresh and flavorful, the staff is beyond kind, and there is a huge selection of books. The shop itself is inviting. A real Easton institution.
I'd give it 4.5 stars. As long as you're not in a hurry it's great food and service. The multigraph bread is fantastic!
