Quality Inn, Carlisle PA

This is a great place to stay, especially for AT hikers. They offer a 60 dollar hiker rate, have a hiker box, and the rooms are clean. The diner right next door has great food as well.

Extremely rude and pushy female front desk clerk tonight May 26,2023!
Van Driver that brought us here from YRC was also very rude and pushy!
These employees have developed a disdain for the Professional Drivers that are required to stay here therefore they don’t feel any requirement to provide any level of customer service to us.
The hotel is very outdated and worn out! It smells bad. I do not recommend anyone to stay here if they have a choice. Both of those employees need to be trained on what customer service is.

Half way point for the trip back to Vermont from North Carolina. Close to a truck stop, where we had dinner. Close to the interstate, easy off and back on. Pet friendly.

Can’t complain for the price. But the front desk person needs to get trained on how to activate the keys, specially they made it for other room number, smh.

Rooms were clean, but bathroom was a little worn. Breakfast was rudimentary with not a whole lot of choices. Location is smack dab between several trucking companies.

Can be noisy when there are car shows. Unfortunately, i have experienced bug issues, shouldnt find any dead on the floor after it has been cleaned? !

While we were checking in and off Loading our Luggage. Some Man smoking a Cigarette and Looking at his Phone walks up to me. Already with an Attitude. Says to me You Checking in Right? I answer him yes. (Wondering who he is.) Takes a drag off of his Cigarette while still looking at his phone. Then looks up at me and says, I see you must be wondering who I am. I work here. And I want you to park your vehicle (which had a Trailer in tow) way over there at the the Back of the lot by that grass strip. I'm like yes I have no idea who the @#$% you are and why you're leaning in Trying to intimate me. He then says see that van behind you. I replied yes. It's mine and it would be parked where you are. So hurry up and move (As he starts to walk away) and Remember to park where I told you. My Wife comes out with key and asks me what just happened? Looks like you were having a Disagreement. Just then the Guy gets in his van and drives off. I told her what just happened. Not a pleasant way to start my Stay. Now regarding the room. Clean. Old. In need of repairs. They never clean the grout. I probably won't stay here again.

We book a night here on our way to NOLA. We knew it was a budget hotel and expected it to be older. We were quite surprised that:

1) our room was so dirty that I was able to draw happy and sad faces on the furniture with my finger;
2) there was garbage and a LOT of dust under the bed. It had not been cleaned in a very long time;
3) the hallway carpet were new, so it was easy to spot the roach.
4) breakfast was very basic;
5) bicycle stored in stairwell with handle bars sticking over stair. A safety hazard;
6) the side door was always open, did not close well;
7) our mini fridge was so noisy, I unplugged it.

Did I mention the hallway carpets were nice and new!

Yes its a budget hotel, but there no reason for the filt other than a lazy maid and careless management. I am a former manager and this can be solved easily. Each shift manager should inspect 3-4 rooms per shift and the common areas. Do a check list. I am willing to bet that the maid vaccum can't go under beds.

One of the places where you don’t want to stay. Sure it’s cheap, but the whole building needs a renovation. I would not say it’s dirty, but you will feel just like that! My room was clean, the bed and the shower as well, but still feels it’s not.
The front desk personnel are friendly and welcoming, both major highways within minutes. Stay here if it’s paid by someone else or you got no other options.

Right next to our yard in Carlisle, Pa. Rooms nice truck parking also have a shuttle service.

The room was borderline satisfactory.the bathroom was completely unsatisfactory. The bathtub was nasty and stained

Nice place. Comfortable beds. Really nice parking lot. Really reasonable. And there's a diner right next to the motel. The food was amazing there. Perfect stop.

Very nice, clean, comfortable beds. The staff is pleasant. Continental breakfast, cereal, oatmeal, English muffins, yogurt, hot waffles, assorted juice, coffee or tea. Nice stay.

I was very glad to find a room on a busy Saturday. The room was nice but I'm pretty sure there were people smoking in this non smoking establishment. It's hard to prove though. I could just smell it. The staff was friendly and helpful and I made myself a waffle for breakfast.

Horrible. The hotel smelled weird. Our room smelled funky. It was a little damp. Electrical cord wrapped with tape. There were no outlets for us to use. Fridge was on the floor. Tub and sink were not clean to standard. The shower pressure was good but the tub had a crack and you could feel the floor of the tub sink a little and the wall of the tub shook a little. The toilet wouldn't stop running. You had to play with the handle to get it to stop. Needs some serious updates.

OK hotel. Location was good but breakfast had almost zero selection.
Carpet in room had stains. Did appear clean though. Bed was nice and comfortable.

First time staying at this hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was more comfortable than other hotels we've stayed in. Breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, english muffins, toast, coffee, yea, milk and juice. Excellent experience. Will definitely be back.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. Upon check in, the counter lady was ASLEEP. It was 1am. But still. Asked for extra towels and soap since there were 4 of us. Never came. Went to check, ASLEEP again. I had to go hunt down my own towels. There's a shuttle driver, he doesnt care that she sleeps. I know cause I seen him stare right at her, then go on making ️. The room was very small. The outside security doors don't lock. Bugs in our room. Stains on the linen. I stay at a lot of hotels, this one is horrible. The only grace is that it's close to stuff. But I would not stay here again for free.
