10.21 -23.10.2023.room 254. The room is clean and comfortable. The room has a microwave, refrigerator and TV. All household appliances work. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bed linen and blanket are snow-white.deposit 100 dollars. There is also ample parking. I advise

We came to West Chester for a birthday party and stayed here. Our room was very clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Great location. The hotel fixtures and tiling might’ve been out of date, the carpet we saw was new, but it was clean. The parking lot and people in it was sketchy. The people were kind. I like their policy that there is no smoking. Unlike most efficiency hotels this one did not smell horrible. Glad for that.

Im a truck driver they charged me for smoking in my room on September 4… I did not smoke in that room. Go at your own risk. When I called and asked about it they couldn’t give me a straight answer. And yes there is sketchy people at night be careful. Don’t let this hotel take advantage of you!

Clean hotel with comfy beds! This West Chester location was perfectly suited to visit my Mom who was in Chester County Hospital. It only took me 9 minutes to get to the hospital from here. The hotel is relatively quiet inside, but on the 322 side of the hotel the traffic is pretty noisy. I'd probably be better off on the backside where it's quieter. West Chester has an insane amount of restaurants and this hotel is close to all of them, but driving distance not walking distance. WIFI worked perfectly but is unsecured. The breakfast is grab and go so not great but okay. I'd give this hotel 3.5 stars.

The TV and WiFi connection is satellite and if the weather is slightly windy, connection drops, signal drops, picture wigs out. The bathroom is designed for only thin people. Can barely turn around.once upon a time this might have been a nice hotel, but that was a long time ago. I will say the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. So if you are passing by and just need a place to lay your head it’s cheap and passable.

I didn't stay here as a guest, but I delivered food and water to the hotel. Management ordered over 400 water bottles and 200 frozen breakfast sandwiches via Doordash, from a store over 15 miles away, and left no tip. There was also no ramp for the luggage cart, which must he an ADA violation, so all of the items had to be carried up the front steps.

Made a reservation for four nights for my son who is 18. I had his name on the reservation but no where did it make it clear you had to be 21. They would not refund any of the four nights even though he did not stay a single night as they would not allow him to check in. Terrible service.

Great place to stay overnight when traveling to the area. I don't care for the grab and go breakfast. A hot continental breakfast would be a great addition to the facility.

Front desk person in the morning looked exasperated that she'd have to get off of her stool to help us. The rooms were fairly beat air conditioner worked well

Do not waste your money on this dump the whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke. You see some pretty sketchy characters walking the halls at night. It looks like someone attempted to clean our room but struggled. The beds are absolutely awful if you want to wake up with a sore back in the morning, I suggest you book here but if you don’t want to have to go see a chiropractor the next day keep going a few more miles down the street and find you somewhere decent to stay. And let’s just say the breakfast is an absolute joke you’ll be going down to the Wawa or McDonald’s first thing in the morning believe me. 10 out of 10 would not recommend it to anybody

The rooms were disgusting, flies and mosquitoes all over the room and the bathroom. The smell was unbearable and the staff was very rude. The rooms are very old and everything is falling apart, brushing our teeth was a challenge cause there was barely any water coming out of the faucet. I’m not going to say anything about the water pressure since there was barely any water coming out of the shower.
