The experience is always great and the people are too. I love the detailed emails of what's going on with my car. The cost is always higher than I like.

Amazing service. Having recently moved to the area, I was not sure what to do when my battery died. These folks took care of me, and even gave me a loaner car to get to work. I'm very grateful to have them in my new community.

Keith and his crew have worked on my vehicles for many years and they do excellent work and are professional and reliable.

The team at Quality Service Center was super! I had driven down from Michigan for a business meeting and had both rear wheel bearings start growling on the way to York, PA. No one else near Pittsburg or York would fit me in, but Quality did. I'm so thankful they did. They were friendly, timely, competitively priced, and did a great job replacing the bearing/hubs. My ride back home was way quieter and safer with the work they performed on my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek XV. Thank you Quality Service Center team for a great job and taking care of me! You guys rock!

It’s always a pleasure working with Auality Service. We brought our diesel truck to them for a fluid leak and had a lot of work done to the engine in addition to maintenance to other systems. I appreciate that the diagnostic checks come with pictures and truly feel that the shop does its best to save customers money and reasonably suggests solutions based on affordability and safety. We take all of our cars here and will continue to!

So i waited to leave a review until after having some time and allowing me to leave a completely honest review. I had a bad timing chain in my lacrosse. I was quoted a price, and set up an appointment. I had the oil changed the saturday before dropping it. Along the way he found old hoses on the rad and suggested replaing them. We did. After the chain was replaced the rich fuel condition continued. So he said it needed a new high pressure fuel pumpnto resolve the issue. That did not resolve it so he then determined it was bad injectors. But i was charged approx 600 for the other repair that was not needed. It was a misdiagnosis in my opinion as the issue did not resolve at all and he added some cleaner that brought down the negative LTF rates for a week or 2, but then they came back to exactly as before. So they more than likely knew they had made a mistake but wouldnt own it. They then added an oil change that was unnecessary because i just had it done. I said it doesnt need that and he said i had to drain the oil as part of the timing chain replacement. So if you know that, it should be included in the quote for the chain replacement. The upper hose they replacednstarted to leak less than a month afterward, and i refused to take it back because i couldnt trust them. For all i know it would get in there and even though i saw it leak from the hose they'd blame the radiator and charge me a bunch more. The work on the chain was solid, and i loked them when i met them, but i find them to be exactly your worse fear when selecting a mechanic.

Honesty always gets you repeat business. I havent felt ripped off in a long time, but this was a really bad feeling.

Yesterday I walked out the door of my home to an unfortunate flat tire on my wife's car (ran over a nail). I changed the tire for the spare and headed to Quality Service. The team there took me immediately, plugged the hole in my wife's tire, switched it out for the spare, and I was on my way. The price was reasonable and the staff was extremely professional and friendly.

This is the absolute best auto repair place I have ever been to. They are professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable in their craft. I will not go to another place even if I move out of York PA!

Make an appointment to fix my vehicle at 9am and they don’t touch it all day and then an hour before they close they say they finally did an evaluation and can’t fix it for a week. Waste of time. I specifically asked if they could have it done TODAY.

I came to this shop in need of new brakes/rotors as I was experiencing grinding noises and metal-to-metal when braking. This shop was recommended as a RepairPal shop with CarMax, and the shop was helpful and quick to work with my CarMax location on getting this issue taken care of for me. They were friendly, communicative, and did a thorough job in letting me know what services and their costs I may need in the near future. Also a clean waiting area, which is always nice.

My car was having issues that the dealership and several other shops could not fix. Quality Service Center figured it out and took care of it. I can't be happier with the total experience.

Identified a problem during an inspection. Advised of what it was giving an the importance to getting it fix at a later time. Got an estimate before I left to prepare for the cost.
