Joe, MJ & Tim were great! My central air system and heating was about 20 years old in the new house I bought in February… come Summer and the central AC didn’t work! Joe came out (when no one else would give me an appointment for 2 weeks at a minimum) and checked it out, leaking Freon, motor was over heating and just very old… he gave me a great price to replace the whole system and replaced all the bad pipe work done by a previous company, from initial assessment to install date only took 1 weeks time! …I would highly recommend them. My house is as cool as a cucumber…. They are Aces! Thanks guys

They came out and installed a new hot water heater. Were very professional I highly recommend using them. Prices were very fair and reasonable. I will be using them again for the services they offer!

Joe at Quallet HVAC was excellent. Busy time of the year with storms, but he was able to schedule a time to come out on short notice and repair my HVAC unit. He showed up on time, wore a face mask, and was very polite. He was friendly and was able to communicate exactly what he was going to do in order to diagnose the issue. Once he made the repairs and replaced the start stop capacitor, he showed me pictures of the before and after and cleaned up after himself. The cost was very reasonable as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician and company!

I want to thank Quallet HVAC and Joe Quallet Sr. My water heater went yesterday morning and he was here within 20 minutes to start the replacement and cleanup. My A/C was leaking water on my basement floor. After initially calling a competitor, they told me I needed to install a new central A/C unit (projected at a cost of up to 10K) and set me up to see one of their sales reps. While I didn't rule out getting a new A/C installed, I contacted Quallet for a second opinion who not only came out late one evening to inspect my unit but the following morning to see if it could be repaired.

Rather than pitch me on why my unit should be replaced (which I may ultimately need to do), they were able to repair my A/C fairly quickly for a very affordable price.

While the HVAC business may be very competitive, I think I have now found a contractor to satisfy my service needs for the years to come. A very satisfied customer!

I cannot recommend Quallet HVAC enough! They go above and beyond on all aspects of their work. We needed our ancient heating system replaced and central air conditioning installed. It was a complicated job because of where I wanted the heating system, requiring modifications to the ducts but Quallet was up for the challenge. They had absolutely no problem meeting all of my specifications and were able get everything right where I wanted it. The new system they installed is up and running and the house cools quickly and feels great! The installation process was flawless and they are the best around at what they do, but aside from their technical skills I also have to say that they are great people and customer service is A+. We are currently at a work from home situation where background noise can be a problem and Quallet and their crew were extremely considerate and respectful when it came to doing their work right below our office. They even followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied with how the unit was cooling the house. Again, I cannot recommend Quallet HVAC enough - I have had issues with other HVAC businesses in the area and if you are looking for quality work and excellent customer service I would save yourself a lot of time and simply call Quallet.

Joe came over the same day I called to fix my A/C that wasn't blowing cold air anymore. Took them about 30 minutes and my A/C was blowing cold air again. Cost a few hundred and was well worth it. Horizon came out right before them and wanted to install a whole new A/C unit for 6 to 10k. Very thankful for Joe and his son. Highly recommend!

Joe Quallet Sr.and Joe Jr.were both courteous and knowledgeable. Even though we were new to area they came same day when our HVAC went out. Joe Jr.got everything working perfectly and at a fair price. We will be repeat customers.

Excellent services at a great price! Joe's crew replaced our AC, furnace and thermostat. They also did additional duck work to improve airflow in the basement. Everything is great. I did competitive shopping with four vendors came in since I had no knowledge on HVAC staffs. Quallet HVAC has the best price, even 50% less than one of four. I think this is one of those cases that a smaller company can provide better service at lower price than bigger companies.

I recently had Joe install a 3 ton Fujitsu unit in my hair salon and I couldn’t be happier I reached out to him. He was prompt, professional and extremely reasonable. Very pleasant to deal with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.

I have used Quallet HVAC several times now. Two times were emergencies, big jobs and just happened to fall on a weekend. Joe couldn’t have been more responsive. They both required ordering new equipment which came in and was installed promptly. Joe was also honest and fair in his pricing.

We've gotten a central air system from Qualett HVAC 3 years ago or so and still couldn't be happier. These guys are props and really know what they are doing. The have been quick to respond to service the unit to get it ready for the winter. Check them out if you're in the market for heating and cooling solution in Abington and Montco. Highly Recommended.

Joe and his workers in June installed 2 Fujitsu ductless AC units in our little ranch - we could not be happier.
