6Never received one bill from these people. I get a collections notice. I call the collections company and they said I have 4 collections on file for them! The total of all 4 was $30. I didn't even know who they were! I am filing with PA Attorney General. This is ridiculous!
Sent to collections after never receiving a bill. Spoke with BAM, the collections agency, and they confirmed this is a common issue with Quantum. Get your act together a collections company is not a billing department.
When it comes to billing this place is a disaster. Provided them with insurance information to send bills to 3x now and instead of sending bills to insurance provider the turn the account over to collections.
Never received a billing statement but I get a collection notice in the mail for four charges from June 2022. Phoned for information and said they no longer have any record of my charges since it was turned over to the collection agency. I always pay my bills ontime.

This company is a joke. They have no clue what they are doing. I don't know why the hospital has to deal with them.
No none interaction with this company and suddenly a collections company is putting a collection notice on the credit bureaus. Shady and shadier business practices. Never received as much as a bill from them for me to even know to dispute anything. Will be filing with PA Attorney General, suggest everyone else does too.
