ON 02/1/23 AFTER WORK I WENT TO THIS STORE TO GET A FRENCH TOAST PLATTER. ONE THING I NOTICED THE FRENCH TOAST WAS NOT FRESHLY MADE. THEY GOT OF THE FREEZE ON PUT IT ON THE GRILL. ONCE I GOT HOME TO EAT THE FRENCH TOAST WAS STILL COLD AND WATERED DOWN WITH NO TASTE. I CALLED THE STORE SPOKE TO SOMEONE AND TOLD ME WHAT HAPPEN THE GUY GAVE ME THE OPTION OF GETTING CREDIT OR MONEY BACK. I CHOSE CREDIT WHICH WAS $10 I WILL BE IN TOMORROW AFTER WORK HE SAID OK. I WENT BACK THIS MORNING, I SPOKE TO A GUY WHICH I THOUGHT THE I SPOKE TO OVER THE PHONE WHICH IT WASNT. THE FOUR PEOPLE WAS TALKING IN THERE LANGUAGE AND THE GUY CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID NO PROBLEM OK.
NO WHAT TURNED ME OFF COMPLETELY OF WHEN THE FEMALE YELLED FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER AND HE COULD BE LYING WHY DIDNT HE BRINGS IT BACK I COULD AGREE WITH HER, BUT ME LIVING SO FAR I CALLED AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND I WILL BE THERE TOMORROW MORNING AFTER WORK. I SAID YOU KNOW WHAT I DON'T EVEN WANT IT KEEP IT. IF YOU EXPECT ME TO LIE OF $10. THAT SHOWED ME RIGHT THERE SHE DOENST RESPECT THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY WHERE THERE BUSINESS IS AT.

I go here everyday for my cheesesteak platters and they never disappoint, and haven’t been since I started coming here years ago. Customer service is so amazing too

Every time I get hungry, I’d go off to get Buffalo chicken hoagie! Yummy! No complaints whatsoever!

The store was busy as I expected when I went in because of the time in a day. I was pretty disappointed because they were out of a lot of things that I was looking for like Staples such as rolls. The staff was busy and not that helpful however the store was okay clean I guess but I think I will find some other store

They have great food. They just run outta food quickly and only have certain food at certain times.

Use to be one of my favorite places, but the new staff is horrible. The energy isn't the same. Today, January 17th 2021 was my last day of patronizing them.

Not my best lunch of the week.
Tuna Hoagie was filled with to much shredded lettuce, a little wet and runny. I haven't stopped in for a while and I did not know any of the works.my buddy had an Italian hoagie which had the same problem to much lettuce very little meat. I have only gotten good sandwiches from here in the past. I will try them again some other time

The new workers are terrible they do not change their gloves has to be asked multiple times to do so and put plastic in my sandwich

Filled with kids cussing, man at counter is rude, store is a mess.everything is tossed around no rhyme or reason. Shelves not stocked and refrigerated items not stocked either, place is dirty too.

I like going once in awhile i like my hoagie treat bc they make it how just the way i say fresh meats, and an, snacks. Owners good ppl.
