They can take better care of their grounds. The grass is hardly cut, the bushes never ever get cut, they do not fix things when broken.

The rent is affordable the rooms are spacious. Everything is out dated. The kitchen and bathroom definitely could use a remodel. But like I said the rent is pretty cheap. Parking space is ridiculous there's no assigned parking and there's obviously not enough parking space for everyone especially because some people park up to 3 cars when your only allowed 1. I constantly get blocked into my parking so I have to go knocking on people's door in the morning so they can move out of my way. Winter time forget it with the snow your locked in for 2 days until someone comes and cleans. Maintenance is alright I guess they'll come fix anything you need and replace is with something cheap. It's alright I guess overall the only reason I'm leaving is because this neighborhood is getting worse, atleast 2 times a month I hear gun shots.

I lived here for 2 year and a half. The apartment is out dated but you get what you pay for the rent is cheap, I had a two bed room apartment and the master bed room was pretty big and enough closet space. If you ever complain about something that’s broken it gets replaced with an even cheaper part i learned that the hard way so stopped complaining and started fixing everything myself. I would’ve stayed there honestly it wasn’t too bad, unfortunately I had to break my lease because the neighborhood was getting out of control, I no longer felt safe there.

Decent place to live very outdated apartment but safe.they try meet very minimum or cheaper way get job done.they won't fix dishwashers or air conditioning units even though they show the apartment with it.when move in say it's your job give it to u broken.carpet forget about it they bleached my carpet hide stains before moved in other ppl just fixed theirs out pocket cus rent cheap. Good neighborhood for price closetspace in bedroom is best part

But it works paint job is joke might as well do it yourself if neighborhood was bad I would rate lower and get 1 Star. Because have
Dawn In office and Enrique make it tolerable so people stay.close to stores and mass transportation if can't deal don't come here

I don't like their maintenance, ugly outside, and the garbage area is discusting.
