The owner is a witch and a scam artist. They say one price over the phone but jack up the price once they have already started your hair. The owner also spreads lies about her customers. She is an evil woman with a fake smile on her face.

Love this shop! The ladies are so friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first experience but it won't be my last.

I have been coming to this salon for many years and I had never been disappointed. The customer service is alway professional and welcoming. Also, the owner Ms. May always gives me advice on what style to do next, and my braids come out perfect every time. I will continue to recommend this salon. 5 stars from me!

I had made an appointment when I arrived they began to act unfamiliar with the appointment I made the day prior. That was the first red flag. I honestly asked her if she wanted to do my hair and she said yes. Her daughter then came to do my waist length box braids. The timing was bad. She finished in about 5 hours. However the overall quality was terrible. Within two days my hair was sticking out on the sides and coming out of the braids. I have had my hair braided so many times and never experienced such messy quality. They were really nice and “fixed” it however it just still was not quality work. The parts were even uneven. I spent $180 and even tipped my original braider just to take my hair out after two weeks because it was so messy. Please do not go there if you expect quality and neat braids.

They are very professional and try to accommodate all their clients. They are very kind and passionate about doing hair. If you want to look beautiful and receive expert advice, come here! You won't be disappointed. They don't pull your edges. They won't braid your edges if it is too fine. You rarely find that in braiding shops. They are talented women and just absolutely beautiful inside and out.

I’ve been coming here for about 6-7 years now. I don’t go to anyone else! And I travel from Delaware to go here because I know that I will be taken care of. I won’t let anyone else do any braids or crochet to my hair. They are professional clean and mostly on time. The owner is soooo sweet and genuine. It’s really like my second home. They get allll my money lol. Do yourself a favor and come here for all your braiding needs.

My hair came out beautiful. I received so many compliments on my hair, no matter where I go. Queen and her staff are so sweet and knowledgeable about all hair types.

Best salon ever, the staff is very nice and the shop is always clean. Queen makes you feel special when she is doing your hair.

I have been going to this hair braiding shop off & on for around 10 yrs (or so). The owner Mae, is a BEAUTIFUL PERSON INSIDE & OUT Her employees always speak to you & are very professional when you go inside the shop. And her prices are the best! I JUST LUV HER?

My daughter had her individual braids done here, the owner is amazing, she was so polite and caring. I had to order a LYFT for my daughter to get home (she’s 15), and the owner asked for us to give her a call to let her know she made it home okay. Sooooo appreciated. We are new to the area, but we will only be braided by these ladies. Thank you so much!

Queens is by far the best braiding salon I have ever experienced. The ladies are professional, quick and talented.

I have a lot of hair and a few shops I have gone to, it has been an all day process. Not here! I come in around 8am and out before 2pm. Its heaven sent! Plus I can keep them in for about 3 months (I see yall judging, and I'm gonna ignore that, lol). Most often there are 2 people working on my head at a time. Everyone is friendly and works to get your hair as you want it!

Very nice people. I had my first experience there and they were very patient and careful. They asked permission before combing my hair, checked the size, length and tightness as they braided. And I love it! Paid 180.00 for small-near micro sized braids and I have a lot of hair (passed bra strap length). Highly recommend.

I haven’t been to an African braiding salon in more than 10 years, and this is probably the only place I will ever come to again. They were fast and the braiding part did not hurt at all. This was probably the first time I ever sat in a braiding chair and didn’t feel like crying half was through. I will definitely come back.

Today was my first time going to this braiding shop. I was nervous because I normally go to a different shop, but since I moved and this shop was extremely closer, I figured why not. I don’t have an appointment and I walked in around 1: 30pm and was done by 5: 30pm! I couldn’t believe how fast the service was. I will definitely continue to come here.

The first two times I visited I got kinky twist which lasted 3 months. This time I got moceo braids. These ladies are awesome. I love my hair. Its so hard to find a shop that does not braid so tight but are secure. I love the way they do ky hair and dont plan on going any place else.
