Quest Diagnostics reviews
19Also friendly staff and fast in and out if you have a appointment which they recommend. I always choose this location.
I Never wait too long…Anything beyond 10 minutes…I’m up asking questions…
I guess it depends what time of day you go…gl
The professionalism and curtesy of the staff here is atrocious. I was sent here to do routine bloodwork. There was a lobby of walk ins and some appointments by the looks of the cue on the screen. I was given a 7 minute wait and that didn’t come to fruition as 7 minutes went to 30 minutes. The two only phlebotomist I saw proceeded to get water ice and pretzels leaving the full room of patients for another half an hour. I have been waiting now for an hour. I knocked on the door and kindly asked one of the staff members how long I would have to wait being the next patient on the cue. She replied we are on our lunch break. I then asked how much longer would that be until I can be seen? She replied in a raised and hasty voice, I don’t know. I asked her if it wasn’t common courtesy to tell your clientele of a lunch break in the middle of servicing walk ins? She said no and her voice started to raise. I said the conversation with her seemed stressed and that her constitution didn’t seem in the right manner to have a discussion. She slammed the door in my face while screaming to her coworkers name. There was a quest diagnostic pick up guy that seemed to be mocking me along with possibly her behind the door as I continued to wait. The people that work here acted like children and I decided to walk out as I didn’t want my blood work tampered with or mixed with water ice. All and all don’t go here, it’s worth it to research and take a longer drive.
Absolutely horrible! They tell you an appointment is require when it’s not or why would you accept walk ins. They took an hour and a half lunch break saw absolutely no staff from 1: 00pm to 2: 30. You can hear them in the back laughing having the time of their lives. StAff was on the phone with boyfriends etc. I sat there from 12-2: 30 holding my urine pregnant and hungry. Their attitudes are terrible and honestly they need to replace the whole staff or just get rid of the location.
The front staff that initially addressed me was a little short. I did witness an altercation between she and another consumer. The staff in the back was extremely professional. The wait was annoying when I arrived 10 minutes early. I should not have had to wait 40 minutes to be seen.
Been waiting more than 72 hours for my drugtest and i havent heard anything nether did my employer i am very super upset and if i dont hear anything from the company itself i will take legal matter cause is not the fisrt or second time Want my advise Go somewhere else.
I was trying to get a drug test done and the lady told me that my sample wasn’t warm enough and that she was going to delete and not tell my employer for no reason. Then she told me to wait 15 minutes and do it again like pee can regenerate in 15 minutes. Extremely unprofessional. They need new staff immediately all the people that work there have nasty attitudes. Anit no way anybody should give this place a 5 star. If so then they probably wrote themselves to make them look good. I would highly recommend not going here.
I went to Quest to get blood work done. I am on blood thinners and I was getting my blood work done for my INR. After the blood work the lady told me to hold the bandage. Some people on blood thinner do bleed a lot but I never do. She didn't tell me how long I needed to hold it. When I got into the waiting room I stopped putting pressure on my arm and removed the compress. Than blood started to come thought the bandage n went down my arm. I could not leave like that so I had to go in the back to clean it up. The lady was so rude to me! She said " I told u to hold it" as she was putting on a new bandage she kept saying " U have to leave the facility" I really did not understand why she was saying that because I wasn't planning to spend the night there she was very ignorant and had a bad attitude. I am relatively new to taking blood thinners. I have heard that you can bleed a lot but this was the first time it happened to me. I was scared because there was a lot of blood. She did not put me at ease instead she was upset that I bothered her by needing some help. It was a quick fix. She only had to give me a new bandage which I applied more pressure and held the compress longer. If you happened to read this (referring to the rude woman that assisted me that day) You may consider changing fields because if you do not like to help people you are in the wrong line of work. I am angry with myself because I did not address this matter with this ignorant woman. I am aware that people do have bad days but they should leave their bad attitude at home. I am a very pleasant person and I do not like conflict. That is one reason why I remained pleasant, did not address it, and just left. Do any of you readers think I did the right thing? Would you have addressed this matter to this woman? I just wanted to add that she is no longer there. I have a feeling she was fired.
Worst worst worst ever.wait time is unbelievable and customer service was horrible would like to give a zero star rating.will go to a quest lab no where near me before I come to this Olney Quest Diagnostic Lab ever again
The staff are excellent at their jobs, they are always kind and efficient. I have no idea why the ratings are so low!

The customer service is horrible! This place needs 0 stars! I had an appointment at 9: 45am. I arrived at 9: 44 and signed in with a code. 5 min later an employee walked out. It was about 12 people in the waiting room and so i decided I didn't want to wait in there because it's covid season. I asked the employee is it okay if I wait in my car. He told me to sign in again. And click the wait in car option. 20 min went by. I came back in and waited 10 whole minutes for an employee to come into the waiting room.
Long story short she said she called me 3 times. I said how would i know if i signed up for text alerts. She told me that she doesn't know if she can see me today, because she called me 3x (verbally). Even though the other employee admitted that they watched me sign up for text alerts and i didn't receive one. The service here is terrible! She had the worst attitude.
Had an appointment this morning and my tech Janelle was very nice and welcoming and PROFESSIONAL. I had a great visit.
I must admit, I read bad reviews
about this location; so I came in with a little bit of an attitude. The location was clean, no waiting patients, the staff was professional, respectful and courteous. I had Justine, she was AWESOME! Please keep up the great work, we appreciate all that you do!
Yes, the phones are automated in all Quest Diagnostics.
It is useless if you cannot reach a human.
I called but there are no humans to answer a phone. Red Flag
When I get there, there is a sign which say they cannot do the test I need because the bathroom is out of service. How the earth are patients suppose to know this!
What’s the point of scheduling? !
I was only supposed to deposit a cup of pee and leave! It should not be an all day affair.
Get a grip on your customer service. It’s time to bring back the front desk person.
Very friendly & courteous staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Cot Crystal a very nice person. It didn't hurt at all
Really rude. It was a petite girl with light brown hair and some nike sneakers. Height about 5’4. Please consider getting new staff because clearly i’m not the only one that had a bad experience. I will be definitely be going to a far location because of her specifically. I wish i can give 0 stars.
This is my second attempt trying to be seen at this location which I NEVER EVER come back to again. My first appointment I was on Christmas ever at 11: 45 which I was 15mins late. When I arrived I was told they was closing early which was cool but they should’ve had there hours posted somewhere to let people no so I couldn’t make a earlier appointment. My second appointment was at 1: 30. But I wasn’t called back until 45mins later which by then I was told my barcode from employer whose paying for my test expired at 2pm. So now I can’t get tested because of the lack of attention here. Not to mention I left work early for this. Y’all need better training or throw the whole team away.
Ms. Amina was wonderful with assisting me with the drug screening. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. It was a pleasure coming into this location especially with Covid
