Kiosk requires I have an appointment. Went to Labcorp and waiting room was empty, technician not doing anything-Labcorp does not require an appt. Next time will go to Labcorp.

I made an appointment ahead of time, I was taken in quickly. I believe the person that took my tests was Melinda? She was super sweet and kind! Super polite and quick. Thanks!

I could not have had a better experience here! I went in for a walk in around noon on a Tuesday, and was in and out within 15 minutes! It was amazing! And the employee who drew my blood, Keisha, was amazing! She was super careful, polite, and helpful! I will definitely be back here in the future for any bloodwork I need done. It seems like a lot of the bad reviews here are related to timing. I would recommend going mid day if possible, since it will be busy in the morning due to people who had to fast prior to there blood work. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Needed fasting blood work, not one person in waiting area. Signed in as a walk in, Koias says I have to wait till 10: 30 it is now 8: 30? No office staff in office area, but lots of loud personal talking going on in back out of sight. I left waited 15 mins outside of office to see if any patients showed up, nope! Worst Quest ever!

Worst place to go for any labs. Everytime i go in told to come in earlier since i get there at 2: 30pm (they close at 3: 30) or denied service like today because they were booked and no one was in the place. Besides the two sitting in the back talking. Got there at 2pm and was told they are booked and can't accept walk-in because they have two appointments. Again close at 3: 30.

Wish my insurance would let me go to lab core, so much better. I have come here 3 times now and there is always some sort of issue, with staff and checking in.

I am writing this as I am walking back to my car. Had an appointment for 3: 10pm. Arrived at 3: 05 and the front door was locked and building was closed. The door did not say anything about closings. I wasted my time driving 30+ minutes here for my appointment AND starved myself all day because I needed to fast and the building isn’t even operating. This is completely unprofessional. Least they could have done was give me a notice through phone or email, they already have both of mine! I’m going to come back just so I can confront about this because this is unacceptable, with considering how many bad reviews this place already has.

Apparently my elderly mother (90) went in for a fasting blood test without an appointment.she did not know she needed an appointment. They were very rude and basically kicked her out.

The 2 ladies today were awesome to my 1 yr old. We had some blood work done for allergies and lead testing. They tried to keep her smiling despite the draw and they were as quick as they could be. The only reason I'm leaving one star off has nothing to do with the demeanor of the ladies, they were great. It has to do with the process for self checking in, the system asked for my ID even though the appointment was for my daughter. This creates a problem for the staff because the computer doesn't recognize this and it would have printed the labels as if the blood work was mine. Someone should look into correcting this issue so the staff doesn't have to cancel the inputs and re enter everything manually. There should be an option under check in for checking in for a dependent once you've already scheduled an appointment online.

Tried to get a hold of them via phone, everything is automated. So after showing up a little late, I lost my spot. Everything is done through kiosks and not a single person offered to help or communicated to any of the patients until it was their turn. Very disappointed in my experience, and had to wait an hour and a half longer without any help.

This has not been and continues to be a terrible place to go to.
I was advised by my Doctor on testing to do before I move out of the country and stopped by the Harleysville Quest of Friday after lunch to qualify and do the suggested tests.
The person at the desk, could and would not answer my question until I signed in! Btw, there were no one else in the waiting room. Kidding me, is this how they justify they are "busy" lol!
After signing in, this person proceed to tell me I needed to be fasting to do the testing and I would need to schedule an appointment to do it in Harleysville, or I could go to Souderton for a walk in.
Kudos to Souderton as I walked in today (4/12) and they had absolutely no issue doing the testing.btw, I did not need to be fasting and could have the testing done on Friday in Harleysville if the person was willing to assist.
I like Quest, but there are alternatives and I highly recommend pursuing the option.

Went in for routine labs, had an appointment and arrived early. Phlebotomist/receptionist was on her phone when I walked in, said nothing to me. Checked in and sat down & she called me in. Sat down & waited for her to get ready only to have her rudely ask me why I was there. I told her the test I needed run and she said there wasn't anything there for me. She checked the faxes and saw nothing. Offered no solutions, didn't even say anything to me after she said 'nope nothing'. As I stood up to leave she was lounging in her chair again. Very rude and unprofessional. People are coming to you for testing, this NEEDS to be a warm, welcoming environment. Even worse is the automated copy & paste responses from "Quest" representatives to these negative reviews. The ONLY reason I go to Quest is because my insurance no longer covers LabCorp, which is unfortunate because their employees are much kinder & more professional.

Very rude and screamed at me. Tech is having issues with computer will not call anyone to investigate. My order was faxed to a supervisor they refused to ask the supervisor for it.

I made an appointment and ended up being a little late because I’m pregnant and got sick on the way. I walked because they still take walk ins. Jasmine was rude and nasty because I had more then one blood draw and told me she shouldn’t see me because I didn’t make a appointment. No one was in the office but she felt the need to be rude because of my paper work. I’m not a fan of getting blood work done and she made me feel so uncomfortable I had to leave because I would trust her to do it. Also I had to clean off the chair where they do the blood draw because it was dirty. This was my first time here and will never be back.

The lab technician is excellent, patient, and organized. She is the utmost representative for customer service and quality patient care. I can’t say enough about her professionalism!
