Quest Diagnostics, Richboro PA

This place is awful. I showed up a little after 8 and they weren’t even open. You can’t call any office directly so you just have to hope they are open when you get to the location. I have quest but I don’t have a choice with my insurance. May just pay extra to not deal with a bunch of unorganized children.

Location was closed however Quest still allows you to schedule an appointment on line. Worst part is that Quest did not follow up and correct the mistake. Book another location.

I’ve been to a handful Of Quest Diagnostics in the area and this is the worst run location. I’d recommend going to Trevose or Newtown even as a walk in vs scheduling an appointment here.

Absolutely horrible. I have been here twice and every time I come in, there is no one up at the front desk to speak to. You are left in the waiting room confused with zero help. Please either get more staffing or provide a better patient experience. Smh.

Walked in without an appointment. The walk in and scheduled customers ahead of me were handled efficiently, and my testing was done quickly.

My online appointment was scheduled for 9: 45. I checked in using the text link on my phone and it was seemless.

There were several others in the waiting room who were apparently walk-ins, and the employee would call out, " (name), come back foryour scheduled appointment, " so no one could get angry they were being ignored. But scheduled appointments got seen on time.

I would definitely recommend scheduling online ahead of time.

Didn't let me know they were closed until I showed up- there were 4 other people waiting outside as well and no one knew what was going on

Wish I could give them a zero. They open at 7am supposedly… my appointment at 7: 45 came and went and place is closed, lights out. Horrible service. At least don’t let people schedule appointments at this location if it’s closed.

I have scheduled a blood work test twice at this location 130 Almshouse Rd. On the day of both appointments I receive emails/texts that my appointment has been canceled due to building maintenance! Don’t waist your time at this location! How ridiculous this is!

Had an appt today at the Richboro quest. Got there and they were closed! Did not even bother to notify me and this was a time sensitive test very very displeased with this location BEWARE!

I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time to find out that the office is closed. "Great" service- let's blame it on Covid!

The girl charged my card even though my insurance covers all the labs. Did not inform me the reason for the charge. My insurance will be in contact with them to give me my money back. Check with your insurance before you give your card to them.

Showed up for appointment today, office closed. No call, no note, nothing. Complete disregard for anyone's time

My 6-year-old son needed blood work done. We tried at the pediatrician but three nurses couldn't hold him down to do it so we were referred to a lab. I chose this location based on convenience (not reviews!). I made an appointment by phone with the automated system (which was horrible, but that's another story). I arrived on time, signed in, and was seen almost immediately. Yes, there is only one person working at this location, but she was friendly and efficient. We discussed the possibility that if three nurses couldn't get it done that I may have to take him to CHOP. But she said, 'let's try it. ' She talked him (and me) through it, gave me a technique to hold him still, and we got it done! After a screaming nightmarish experience at his pediatrician he actually said this time that it 'wasn't so bad'. I am so thankful for her and what turned out to be a painless-as-possible blood letting experience for mom and son. Thank you!

Arrived at 7: 35am, lab is still closed and people are waiting outside, no signs of late opening. Wasting everyone time. No minimum business ethics. They should change the team or close the location.

Showed up a solid hour before they closed (2: 30pm on a Friday and they were completely closed. Doors locked and lights out. All signage on the doors said they closed at 3: 30pm, nothing indicating they were closing early. No one answered the phone either. They should update their door signs and hours online if they’ve changed. Inconsiderate, unprofessional, and lazy. Will not be returning.
