Marcia is extraordinarily Amazing. She's so nice while drawing the blood. She knows exactly where Veins are located and no mess or pain, I hate getting my blood work done.

But people at Warrington Quest are the best

They never answer the phone, you are on hold for a long time. Then I get sent to a national number. They say all quest close at 3 PM. And then they tried to send me to another quest on the other side of the state. Quest is a joke! If your life and health depends on getting lab work at quest, call the Undertaker now.

Exceptional service. Professional and friendly stuff. They are very busy and I heard that one nurse have to go bathroom but can not due to a lot of work. I am suggesting to management to get more personal or provide nurses with diapers.

Schedule an appointment, don't just walk in! I had a very good experience! Quest honors their patients with appointments. Mine was scheduled for 12: 40 and I'm back in my car not even 15 minutes later. Jackie was very nice and made drawing blood look easy! I could tell it was a very stressful day, it seemed there were only 2 nurses working today. Please be nice to your medical staff! Also make sure you go in knowing what you are there for and if your doctor office has sent over lab requests or have a physical copy ready.

This location had many appointments open today. I signed up for the next available one and rushed on down Street Rd to get my blood drawn. Turns out you still need a mask, which I didn't have with me. Dropped into the pharmacy next door, picked one up, and then signed into my appointment using Quest's on-site terminal. Waited no more than 3 minutes to be seen by Marcia, who was amazing and provided a painless experience! Overall, I'm satisfied with the service I received here and will be returning the next time I need blood drawn.

My 7 year old daughter had to get some blood work done. She was terrified, but Marcia and Jackie were amazing. They made the process much easier and were so patient with her. Thanks!

Road work meant I only managed to arrive 10mins before close from my physical for bloodwork. Went in and they decided to shut early, wouldn't take me, and were very rude about it, wouldn't recommend.

CDC no longer recommends forcing masks in healthcare facilities but dang near 3 years later this place is still keeping up the charade, gotta get that covid testing revenue $$$$$$$$
