Quest Diagnostics Bethlehem Westgate Drive

I needed some blood testing done. I was able to make an account online, pay online right away and schedule in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived, the suite was well-signed. The check-in process was quick and easy. I then waited less than a minute before getting called back even though I was 20 minutes early. The phlebotomist found a vein immediately and the blood draw went quickly.

Would definitely recommend this location, it seems like they are well-organized and good at what they do.

I have gone to this location twice in the last 2 years, and both times had a very positive experience. The first time I had an appointment, was called on time, and was in and out. This last time I was a little concerned because I did not have an appointment. I was called before I even sat down, and my phlebotomist, (did not get her name), was amazing. She was friendly and patient and even let me know that one of my tests will only be covered by my insurance once a year. I was not aware of that. I could not be more pleased with the service I have received here and will definitely be returning.

Ridiculous, you have to check yourself in and wait over 1 hour even tho I’m the only patient here.
