Despite having an appointment, my wait time was over 15 minutes. The location is well hidden with poor signage. Be prepared to wait.

Payed online the day before, went in at 730AM next day. Checked in and was literally in and out within 15 mins.
No idea how this place has 2 stars? !

Never going here again. Very rude. Snippy not to mention this hug bruise they gave me. The young lady was acting like she didn't know what she was doing. Horrible

I made an appointment online. I arrived and checked in via my phone text message link. I walked in and was seen immediately by a very caring and efficient technician. I was in and out in less than 10 min. I had an excellent experience. I think the digital environment really made it all easy.

I was a walk in. No one was there the woman said she’d see me but she hadn’t turned her computer on after her lunch break (I came in 25 minutes after the lunch hour per the website). She made a joke no appointments should be accepted past lunch. She took forever to set up her computer then the first appointment started. I had to wait. She left the door open I could hear the entire patients conversation how she didn’t have her tests registered - it took 10-15 minutes for the patient to leave without getting work done. She sat in her room another five minutes coughing as if she were sick (mind you were still in the pandemic). Then came out and called another person now that waiting room was filling up.

Staff is super friendly but they are severely understaffed. Also having an appointment doesn't help. Very slow to get any service.

Staff was very friendly. I was there Tuesday 11: 30am. I had asked when I would get the results for my PTINR test. I was told Wednesday afternoon. This is the normal turnaround time for other facilities. Well it'snow Fridaynight, 3/26/21, I still haven'treceiveda response.

Beyond slow. Severely understaffed. Only 1 person working. Over 90 minute wait. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Clean, fast, and professional. I was hesitant to use quest when my insurance changed labs, and was pleasantly surprised by this location.
Can be difficult to find as it’s tucked back.

I have no idea why all the reviews for this location are so poor. Every time I have come here I have a fine experience. Girls are all very nice, fast and friendly. Went in today and between waiting and getting my blood work it was all of 5 minutes and the 2 girls helping me were great. Thank you for your service.

Once upon a time, about 15 years ago, this place GRUELING to deal with. Full waiting room every time, super long waits, and don't get me started on the staff back then, yikes. Apparently, the efficiency gods (or Covid) changed it all. I scheduled an appointment online. Walked in the door, scanned a thing I printed, and was called in about 10 minutes. I couldn't believe it was the same place. The lady was nice too. Needles and I don't get a long, I'm a huge baby so I used a LOT of medical marijuana before I went and she dealt with my long rambling and dumb jokes while she pulled three tubes of blood out of me lol. One minor thing.the green paint is the worst shade of green EVER. Linda Blair pukes a nicer color. To sum up, I hate appointments a LOT and this was downright effortless. Thank you folks! I still never want to go there again, ya know.needles.lol

Phlebotomist who attended my son was wearing mask without covering her nose. She looked tired and coughed twice. I asked her to please cover her nose. She mentioned that she was OK and blame it to her asthma. There is no way to know if she had asthma or anything else. I think she should wear her mask properly specially if she is going to be in contact with many patients. Now, I am worried about getting Covid-19. I am very disappointed that a lab representative is not following all the biosafety protocols.

Zhanna, my nurse, was extremely helpful when there was a problem when I went for blood work. It was not Quest's fault. I was able to return to Quest that same morning and get the tests done. Zhanna was patient and clearly explained all stages of the bloodwork progress.

They lost my 90 year old mother's urine sample and told my doctors office that I never brought it in. Impossible to find out what happened since when you call, the prompts don't allow you to speak to a real person. It will be inconvenient for me to get her there again to provide another sample. Will switch to lab Corp in Lahaska

I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived, I was taken right away. No wait at all. (That was at 8: 15 am on a weekday.) The facility was clean and bright. They had hand gel available. The tech was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very positive experience. I would definitely use this location again.

On Friday the 13 I decided to use this Quest as I was in the area. I waited over an hour. It seem like only 1 employee was working. The other person I saw left with quite a few customers still in waiting room. A week later I go to my Doctor they never vot my results.
